Let me first start off by saying that I've been a customer at Kim's for a little over 2 months now. Her talent isn't to be questioned, she's talented in the sense that she has a good skill set. The thing that sets this place at a 2 star rating oppose to a 4 star rating is that she isn't civil or organized. A lot of times it looks like she sets a price on the spot. So the customer never knows what she's going to charge. Not only that, but on 2 separate accounts I've placed orders; the orders were for my slacks to be hemmed and tapered. The price for 2 pants $50. Outrageous to say the least. But on both accounts she gave me days where my order would be completed and on both occasions I seen my pants not once getting started on. Her excuse was she forgot, to come back another day. I would strongly consider another place if you want your possessions altered. So that's her attitude, her organization and her prices that need adjustment. read more
