I finally ventured outside the towns nearby and decided to start calling places that were a bit further away. I ended up calling Choice Cleaners and from the initial phone call, the owner was a sweetheart. She said she could see me the next day, and she said my dress would be ready in only 5 days. The dress was ready on time, and it looks great. I could not be more satisfied with the customer service at this establishment. They are about 40 minutes from where I live, but now I know they are definitely worth the drive!

I trusted the Google reviews for this business several months ago and fully regret ever stepping foot into Royal Cleaners. I was in need of one alteration to my wedding dress and brought another dress in for cleaning as well. It was February and my wedding was 3 months away. I tried the wedding dress on, was pinned for the alteration and told to come back in 30 days, which was also printed out on my cleaner's slip. I returned a month + a few extra days later, only for the them to tell me that they forgot to make the alteration and clean the dress. I was understandably upset that nothing had been done in an entire month and they never reached out to me saying they needed more time because they forgot to do it. The part that hurt the most was that they NEVER apologized or tried to remedy the situation in any way. The woman at the counter embarrassed me and attempted to downplay the situation by saying the date promised had only passed by a few days and I was overreacting. There were about 3 other people picking up their items and witnessing the exchange. She blew it off like it was nothing. My wedding was in May which is wedding and prom season so after this, I struggled to find another place that had the time to fix my dress. Had I not wasted the entire month thinking they were working on my dress, I could have easily found another place to do it, and luckily I did find another cleaner who felt sympathy for what they put me through and took care of it, just in time for my wedding. They caused me tons of stress during a time that is already very stressful and I left beyond angry and in TEARS!

He became excited and insisted it was from a moth . I explain to him the consistency of the curve singe mark would match up to one of his presses . He continued to he was certain it was from a moth. No business is perfect I would have great respect for the owner had he said yes it was from the press and offer to help replace the jacket not even the whole suit. Or anything towards it . Out of principle I paid her $1 for the effort but since it was not fixed, I didn't feel it was right to pay in full whether it was $3 or $300 which I explained to her. She threw the $1 bill at me and started screaming at me. I left immediately and got in my car. The woman proceeded to chase me out of her store, tried to open my car door multiple times (luckily I locked it), and pounded on my window all while screaming at me. I am level headed person and I have never been treated like this by anyone. This woman was clearly disturbed and very, very unprofessional. I was worried for my safety. I rolled down my window snd handed her $2, the remainder of my payment, hoping she would back off but she refused to take it.
