When asked if I recommend this dry cleaner I stated no ! My reason is that I had a custom suit from jos a banks cleaned there . Upon me wearing the day after I picked it up I noticed a burnt mark on the shoulder of my suit jacket. After close examination I could also see a curve singe mark bordering the Burt hole in the jacket.
I go into the cleaners and approach the owner and start to explain what it was I discovered.
He became excited and insisted it was from a moth . I explain to him the consistency of the curve singe mark would match up to one of his presses . He continued to he was certain it was from a moth. No business is perfect I would have great respect for the owner had he said yes it was from the press and offer to help replace the jacket not even the whole suit. Or anything towards it . Well he didn't therefore I will not be returning to Garden State Dry cleaners . read more
