I finally ventured outside the towns nearby and decided to start calling places that were a bit further away. I ended up calling Choice Cleaners and from the initial phone call, the owner was a sweetheart. She said she could see me the next day, and she said my dress would be ready in only 5 days. The dress was ready on time, and it looks great. I could not be more satisfied with the customer service at this establishment. They are about 40 minutes from where I live, but now I know they are definitely worth the drive!

If you need the service in a tight time window, I would suggest you to confirm the service with them a day before the appointment to make sure that they can arrive on time or directly contact the person who will do the cleaning. It seems that they respond to messages very quickly in the afternoons and nights but definitely not the mornings.
