I dropped off several shirts about a month ago to be laundered and starched. They were not starched at all. Even though the shirts were not 100% cotton, they would still take some starch. Also the shirts all have a slight odor. Being a glutton for punishment, I tried them again. I am now wearing a shirt from the second batch they laundered. Again absolutely no statch, but there is an offensive odor. If they are truely washing these shirts and not dry cleaning them, they are not being pressed properly. Shirts should be pressed damp on hot head presses. I operated a dry cleaning plant for ten years. I know good work from bad. This location does not know how to properly process a shirt for laundry. Incidently, the bad odor is not diminished by airing out the shirt. The shirt I am wearing today has been out of the bag for at least a week. I would change shirts, but all the ones in my closet were laundered by this place. When I get home tonight, I will throw them all in the washing machine and iron them myself. Again, I am not judging their ability to dry clean clothes, just their inability to process a laundered shirt.

They ruined my comforter ON TOP of The staff being incredibly rude and pushy, constantly harassing customers for tips. The begging and demanding of tips has been the last few times I've been there and it's just out of control especially with the service they want to be tipped on. Today I was told that my fiancé "hasn't tipped the last three times," which is not only untrue but completely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and a reflection of good service -- not something customers should be guilted or pressured into. When we do tip, it's always $20 or more, but being treated this way after years of loyalty is unacceptable. To make it even better I attached photos of how my king size Casaluna comforter was returned to me. I sent it in perfect condition just a monthly wash & they return it with blue stains all over it. AND THEY WANTED A Tip?!?! lol the staff members name was Stephany Zolnoski. This place has lost our business for good.
