"mike", who's spaced out, rude, miserable, nasty, bombastic, and demeaning (from store #3/ Center No. 5150) has caused me a wasted trip for the last time. I haven't complained about him before, but the buck stops here. He has gotten away with verbally abusing, mistreating, and denying services to customers for too long. The worst "bedside manners" that I've experienced at any UPS Store ever. The last package he refused to accept is still sitting in my house because the time to return it expired. He must not be allowed to work for the company any longer. I came with the QR code and the boxes of items. He refused to accept them. He spent so much time refusing to assist me instead of offering (what may have been a solution) 1 brown box to contain the two already boxed items I had. When I asked to speak to a manager, he went to a back room and stayed there for over 5 minutes. Before that, he said that "they" weren't there. But, he wouldn't give me the manager's name. Only after I started filming did he give me 2 first names, yet tried hard not to give me any last name(s). He, finally, said "Patel". So, I guess I'm to assume that last name applies to both names that he threw out. The manager(s) and owner may differ, since I see a different owner name online. It is beyond me how often I can go to this store and the line is out the door, that is not the employees fault. However, the snails pace movement of the employees is unreal. I have gone in the store on more than one occasion, waited in line for a reasonable amount of time, and just left. I wish I can give this location a zero star! The old guy in the store who maybe the manager is rude and unpleasant. I tried to return a package to my job. There was a shipping label already on the package so there wasn't much to do but to scan the package. I got to the location 2 minutes before closing and there was a line almost out the door. The nasty old guy at the counter said they were closed. I will definitely not come to this location to do any business. They can keep there nasty attitudes and over priced products to themselves. If I could give zero stars I would. Forget the mess, the wait, or the lost packages. The store is a disgrace. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like in this location. I am a business owner and I would never treat another human being the way my daughter was treated in this store. My daughter was belittled, and treated rudely (understated). She was there to pick-up a package (medication for a life threatening condition) of which she had been notified by UPS was at this store for pick-up. Needless to say, the owner told her the package was not there and never was and that there was an "error in the system" and all of her standing around in the store would not make the package be there. He told her to leave the store among other things. The negativity, lack of respect, and unwillingness to help, prompted several calls to UPS customer service who also insist this is NOT how they run business. Once a drive scans it in, it IS in the store. Unfortunately, the store is independently owned and I am certain none of this feedback will improve the store's performance. I know this package was in this store somewhere. Another employee tried to chime in on it and was shushed. Unbelievable at least. Shameful. Sad. Rude. Unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Hands down the worst store I've ever been to. There's ALWAYS a line out on the sidewalk with at least 10+ people in it. The older guy inside is so slow! My package wasn't taped (only needed 2 pc) and he told me it would be $3 to tape the package. $3 for 2 pc of tape? You've got to be kidding me right? Then he was arguing with me and a lady came from the back and PROCEEDED to argue with me and him. Absolutely ridiculous service both I'm assuming both the owners. Slow service. Never using this location again. Slow service. At most two people working there and both take inordinate amount of time to do simple tasks. There's always a line out the door. Something as simple as an Amazon drop off return takes forever. At one time, I had an Amazon return that required no box (per the Amazon return instructions). The clerk then proceeded to measure the item and then say he'd need to charge me $27 dollars to box and ship the item! What?! I went to a dollar store grabbed a large bubble mailer (at my own expense, despite the instructions from Amazon themselves saying I didn't need to pack the item) and went back and then the clerk wordlessly scanned and accepted the exact same item. What a joke! I'm going to another store that offers the same services that's further away due to this type of treatment. Avoid this place, especially if you have time constraints! read more

Never a good experience with this store. The people that work here are rude and slow. Today I was told by the man working that I was spreading germs in the store for not wearing a mask when the mask mandate has been lifted and is optional and then asked me if I was vaccinated and then continued to harass me. TWICE I've gone out of my way to stop at the UPS store to drop off Amazon returns and the store wasn't open at the time indicated on the door. I have 2 little kids and my time is EXTREMELY limited so you can imagine how incredibly annoyed I am that the store wasn't open on time TWICE. Don't bother with this place, since they nickle and dime you and the staff member who served me clearly thought a customer coming in during business hours was a huge inconvenience. I needed to print an Amtrak ticket and came into the store at 7:45 (it closes at 8:00). I ask to use their printer, and the front desk guy tells me right away "no can do" because the circa-2004 desktop computer had been shut down already and he "always" turns it off right before the store closes (or in my case 15 minutes before). I counter that the store is still open! He begrudging started the computer up (took a whopping 30 seconds to turn on), I print the ticket from my email, and then go to pay (spent maybe 2 minutes on the computer total). Front desk guy disappeared to the back at that point and came out like 5 minutes later (could you have made it any more obvious you thought having a customer was a big pain in the a** for you?). The total came out to be $5.00, for two printed pages! Other UPS stores I had used printing services for charged per page, and I would end up spending, at most, $0.50-$1.00. I was told I wasn't being charged for the paper or ink but for the use of the computer. Huh? I had coupon for X% off a print job, and I'm told the coupon doesn't apply to the service I just used. I asked "Did I not just print something out?" and he explained that it applied for business printing (nowhere did the coupon say that). I was just fed up so I left but I do know I'll never go back there. PostNet down the street, Staples, etc. can all serve me for way less money and hassle. read more

I have never been to a UPS Store location where the staff was so rude and the service was so poor. The woman behind the counter didn't even open her mouth she just looked at me, scanned the box (with a prepaid label) I was holding and proceeded to walk away. After which I asked for a receipt with the tracking number and she replied (wow she can speak after all)"we don't print receipts but you can write down the tracking number if you want" as she hands the box back to me. Excuse me? I have been to several UPS Stores and have always been provided with a receipt. I will never go back to this location again. Instead there is a Staples a few miles down the road on Route 42 that I will use for UPS services. read more

Save yourself the aggravation and go to another shipping store. The other reviews on this store are so true. The counter lady Bonnie is rude as can be. She doesn't greet the customers and makes you feel like it's a bother that you want to ship something. This lady was in her sweatpants and sweatshirt and looked like she just woke up. Didn't greet me and asked me "what do you want"? Like seriously? Who the heck in their right mind would come to this store. I called UPS Store customer care and made a complaint immediately. The best part was that she told me if I don't like her service to go to Pack and Ship down the street. And that is exactly what I did. I will never go back to this store. They charged me $5.00 to tape two small boxes, a service other UPS stores in the area provide free of charge. When I asked the manager about it, I received a short and condescending response. If you need to use UPS's services, use the drop off location across the shopping center from the Turnersville Walmart. This UPS Store is by far the worst in the tri-state area. The owners are by far the laziest people I have ever encountered while shipping out packages. You would think they would be happy to get a truck load of packages dropped of to them since they get credit/paid for each and every prepaid package that is dropped off and scanned into the system. However they huff and puff if you have more than 5 prepaid packages. This laziness by the owners also trickles down to their 2 full time employees. They also are lazy and don't wanna lift a finger. All in all this place needs to either get under new management or close down because the are nasty and lazy owners/workers. Horrific encounters time after time at this place. Beware this isn't a place you wanna ship your items with. Also if you ask for a single strip of tape to fix a label not being fully taped on the package be prepared to pay upwards of $2 per strip. Also if you need to print a label forget it you will get ripped off and the heavier set dude in there is so rude when it comes to doing anything besides sitting on his phone and watching Youtube videos.
