The parking lot is very small. when you turn in, you basically have to decide immediately whether you're going left or right because cars come in right behind you. She assisted me with my packaging and even suggested that I take pictures of the equipment before shipping it. She gave me the opportunity to do that, which I really appreciated because I honestly wouldn't have thought of it. That tip alone was very helpful. After the employee (the same older male who didn't wait on me last time) finally finished with the customer he was helping when I arrived, a second customer approached with a small package. I don't know what the customer asked for, but there is not one thing a post office can do with a package that should take so long. I stood watching as the line grew all the way to the front door, no exaggeration. The employee was looking at his screen and occasionally typing for--I'm not kidding--between 5 and 10 minutes. My lunch hour ended while I was in line, and I gave it a few extra minutes, but he was still "assisting" that same customer, and finally, I had to leave. I had to drive to another post office, where the entire transaction took about a minute, and I was on my way back to my car.
