This family owned post net is convenient and friendly, from printing orders of all sizes to mail services. My mother was dropping off some rugs for me to be shipped and one of the associates came out of the store when he noticed the size of the pieces, and helped her bring both items inside. Such a small kind gesture, but gives you an idea of the family friendly small business service received here. Normally come here for some graphic printing needs but recently went for a shipping emergency and they were life savers. I believe the employee's name was Wes, but he was extremely helpful on a last minute holiday shipment. I think I even showed up a few minutes after closing, but they still helped. As someone else mentioned, if you need something sent out via UPS or FedEx, make sure you do your homework and check prices from the actual carrier. I spent $70 to send a FedEx envelope overnight from Sewell, NJ to Cherry Hill, NJ. I never use FedEx and didn't know any better. I later found out from a friend that I could have went directly to FedEx and only spend $30. When I called to inquire with Postnet and suggest they advise their customers of their own additional add on price, the manager said corporate makes the prices and was very dismissive. read more

Got Christmas Cards done here, they turned out amazing. I also love to ship my packages through here, they take USPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, UPS, and DHL. I had a difficult printing problem which of course was under a severe time constraint. I went to Staples (2 stores), Sign a Rama, and Kinko's and none of them could help me. Tom and Chris did a very professional job within the time constraints required. The work was actually for my wife's business and they made me a hero. Make sure you check UPS first when pricing shipping. I shipped a box from Postnet and the cost seemed high. I asked to you add a large premium to the charge and he said no it was basically the same cost. After leaving the shop I plugged the info into the UPS app and going I was charged nearly $30.00 more! I will not pay to ship something from there again! read more

I have been using PostNet for years. Because they are a Fed Ex drop off location, I went there today to return something that I had purchased online and didn't want to keep. I prepared my box at home with a return label from the manufacturer and sealed it with shipping tape. When I arrived at the store I pulled up in front because the box was very heavy and awkwardly sized. When I got inside, I realized that some of the tape came loose when I pulled the box out of my car. Thomas, who waited on me, was extremely rude. Initially, he didn't get up to help me. When he finally did, he had an attitude. I asked him if he had some tape I could use to better secure the top of my box. He reluctantly handed me a piece that was 2" square. I didn't need much but I did need more than that. When I asked for a larger piece, he handed me the tape and made a comment that I was using his tape for free. I was shocked that a manager (or whatever his title is) would be so rude to a customer. When I commented that he was rude he told me I could take my box someplace else. I will never go there again. I'm still in shock that he spoke to me the way he did. I really don't understand! read more
