I really like the layout and colors in Staples; however, their employees leave much to be desired. I had a printer cartridge question and when I excused myself to ask one of the only employees on the floor, he acted both bothered and like I had two heads?!! WTH?!! He rudely told me that he'd call someone over to that specific department for me, which he did (at least). No dice on either of the two printer cartridges that we wanted. Oh well. I have a strange love of erasers, especially PINK PEARLS, I got a three pack and one of WHITE PEARLS too, along w/ some colored gel pens. I love stationery! This Staples is A GREAT store! we had some copies made and had the pleasure of working with Madeline. She was so effective, kind and professional! Our copies were done quickly and she made our day much easier. Dave was also incredibly helpful, carrying these materials out to my car - both Madeline and Dave should be commended for being the nicest people I've ever met. I was just in there doing a smart return and the poor guy working there was just yelled at in front of me by some older looking man who worked there. He took the phone out of his hand and slammed it and reprimanded him right in front of customers. I felt horrible for the guy working there. I wanted to say something so bad, but didn't want the manager or whoever he was to get even more mad at the guy who has to finish a shift there. very disappointing!! read more

I sometimes forget about this location, but a good one to keep in mind if you have business needs in the area (copying, business products, etc.). Service is usually friendly, store is normal for a Staples in terms of size, etc. Plus, if you're shopping Staples, your partner can go next door if they want and look at pet supplies at Petco. read more

We went in there to look for an office chair and the one employee asked if we needed help and then we said no thank you and then he left us and then another employee with glasses and a semi bald head just kept watching us but never asked anything and the whole time he is just watching us where ever we went and instead of helping the other people around him he just kept watching. I will never go there again who likes to be watched while they are trying to shop. read more

Their staff weren't very helpful. I was looking for a specific item. I asked two different sales people about this item. Both told me they didn't carry it but they could look online for me. I mentioned I wanted it for a work project that day, but it seemed to be a common object, so I was surprised they didn't have it. Both shrugged. I walked over to the next aisle. And found the item I needed. I either have mad ninja eyeballs that can find hidden objects right in front of me or these people don't know what they are doing or their own product line. read more

I stopped in here looking for a few items last week. It's located right off Route 70 and if you're traveling west, it's easy to access. As I searched for one specific type of paper in the forest of paper options, a staff member asked if I needed any help, and then directed me to the paper type I was looking for -- an aisle over. Really helpful! The place seemed to be well-stocked and renovated pretty recently. It's a good option for office supplies in the Cherry Hill area. read more

I been using this Staples for a lot of years but since last year all my visits have been going down hill consistently. The last visit took the cake. I use Staples primarily for my mailing/printing/copy needs. I have forms I have to print once a month as I work remotely. I been using the printers/copiers for quite a few years now so I know how it works and I am usually in/out pretty quickly & efficiently. For some strange reason the document I was printing wouldn't print. The machine kept saying their was an error & wouldn't print the document. I tried a different machine & all the same. I resent the document 2-3 times at that point in my email too and still nothing. So I finally asked an associate for assistance and explained not only the issue but that I am familiar with the procedure. He looked right at me saying he didn't know and said it was above his pay grade. I then tried to get him to see I was sending it the same way I always do and he then proceeded to say, maybe it's the weather. I said this doesn't make sense when there was one other person printing fine and I even asked her if she had any issues and she said no. He said he can't help me. What kind of people are you allowing to run your business that tell people it's above their pay grade & it's the weather and in the most calm yet sarcastic way, as if he was killing me with kindness but I wasn't being rude or anything when I asked for help. I have yet to be back at this location or any for that matter. I took my business to FedEx Services where they don't mind helping people. read more

Just your standard Staples. It appears they are doing a bit of renovation out front, so it does appear closed, but no worries, it is open. I went in yesterday strictly to mail something via UPS. The man at the counter was very friendly and quick with his service. Overall the store was clean and there weren't any lines. It appears this Staples is also branching out to food and snacks as they had a isle dedicated to household items. read more

They absolutely destroyed an expensive and important textbook that I asked them to spiral bind. The manager told me that they are not equipped to spiral bind thick books after the fact. I don't know why they would accept the job and offer the service only to do such an awful job and damage their customer's stuff. They offered for me not to pay for the binding.... but that doesn't help me with the 60$ book you destroyed and the time you wasted. Awful. I'm sure it's fine if you need to run in and buy a pen, but save yourself the hassle and don't work with their print/copy desk. No one takes responsibility, and they do a terrible irresponsible job. read more

Print and copy center They really need to teach them how to print color correctly. Last two weeks ago, I sent them a simple JPEG image to print in poster size. When I picked up and the color didn't match what I sent to them over their website. I asked why and said the screen always lighter and dark output in printing. And I was told that I needed to make it lighter and resend it. But it didn't make sense at all, I should get what I see and what I get after it printed. So they said they will check and get back to me. Next day and no one call me and I called in and said I can pick it up. When I got there, they only showed me a sample which that exactly color that I wanted. Then I needed to come back next time to pick it up. This time, print out was perfect color and same as what I saw in my iPhone but when I said how they did it and salesperson couldn't explain. It was laminated, but the border was wrinkle up and said it supposed to be like that. Not professional at all!!! They didn't ever offer me a discount or apology for making me to travel three times and made feeling like person who caused all the trouble. Next day , I emailed to them to find out how they resolved my problem so my future order wouldn't be repeatedly to come back and re-explain the same problem. Well, still not return email or call from them. I am looking for other printing service now. read more

This Staples location is my go to for office supplies. They even had the 2014 wall calendar I needed for our office in stock in the store on 12/27/13. The staff are great on the phone and in person. When I called today they offered to save the calendar I wanted without my even having to ask. That's customer service! read more

Staples is falling off more and more and here is a prime example. I am returning customer every week and print the same thing every week. I needed labels printed however when I went to their copy center, I was told they could only print certain labels. I pleaded my case but received any hep or convenience. I will start using another printing place if this is the case. Staples get your stuff together and help loyal customers. BTW your print me application sucks, I can't three hole punch with this and removing the cc emails was the worst thing I've seen besides not being able to have something printed from your print center! Came in to print and design holiday cards. There were a couple people on staff at the copy & print center. While they were both nice, it was incredibly inefficient. For example - their directions to me on how to use the design center was vague so when I went to go use it it took me forever to find my photo that I sent to their address (it was hidden in some random folder), and then the system lost my work twice. The guy finally helped me out but instead of immediately ringing me up, he was telling stories to his coworkers, leaving me hanging wondering if I should wait for my printouts or leave and come back. I finally interuppted (I had to do this several times during my experience there to get someone's attention) and only then did the guy tell me - oh yea you have to come back in 2hr but I can ring you up now. You don't think you could've told me this when you were helping me? Also whatever Windows program they're running to design your card is ancient - I don't think I've used that version of Windows for like 15-20yrs! I spent an hour here needlessly. Upgrade your systems Staples. And train your employees to take customer service seriously. I get that it's the holidays and everyone's in a festive mood but I'm not asking for anything above and beyond normal sales person - customer interaction here. read more

Since, I needed to get documents faxed asap, I stopped by it's close n my hometown . The Customer service rep was young and nice but the fax took like forever to fax 6 documents. All I know is this commercial machine was as slow as molasses!! I had a fax machine until it broke and it was way more quicker but just my two cents. Since in a hurry doing a favor for my friend , didn't take pics .But overall , it's great for off supplies, machines like getting a print fax scan machines , lot of sales on laptops and tablets , u can try out. They also have great selection of Boise reducing earbuds of course I am drawn to the most expensive, but did a quick scan and they r convenient for faxing , price was reasonable like ,buck fifty a page not bad. Oh and I would not recommend buying a phone from them as bought a dect, when the first came out it was over $200 , and the phone did not last and poor quality. Def, live and learn don't buy an expensive phone , UI can pick one up at Walmart and get a contract fyi. Oh well time to relax for the nite. If ur stuck good for making copies , faxing when u r in a bind .Easy to find and got there at not the busy time. Overall def recommend. read more

Place is well stocked and staff is nice. Biggest issue is that this place is always understaffed, especially in the copy/printing area. The past two times I've been here, I've had to wait at least 20 minutes to pay for my fax even though there have only been a couple of customers ahead of me. read more
