This shop isn't anywhere near where I live, it is close to The Expressive Hand, so I specifically wait to have keys made here, because he does such a good job. I've had keys made all over the city, it really does matter how skilled the person is! Especially if you have old doors! The hours aren't the greatest, he is rarely open past five, but he is open on saturday!

I will definitely notify the hub about this. That's unprofessional and this driver she thinks she can get away with this. Lucky the product wasn't damaged. I know for a fact the merchant who sold me the product wouldn't leave footprints all over the package.
