Price/value - they definitely don't charge $1.99 anymore - Current prices for *any* garment: dry cleaning is $4.49; laundry is $3.49. Still pretty affordable though. FYI: they have moved from Somerdale to Voorhees. They are now located in the same shopping as Bangkok City.

They ruined my comforter ON TOP of The staff being incredibly rude and pushy, constantly harassing customers for tips. The begging and demanding of tips has been the last few times I've been there and it's just out of control especially with the service they want to be tipped on. Today I was told that my fiancé "hasn't tipped the last three times," which is not only untrue but completely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and a reflection of good service -- not something customers should be guilted or pressured into. When we do tip, it's always $20 or more, but being treated this way after years of loyalty is unacceptable. To make it even better I attached photos of how my king size Casaluna comforter was returned to me. I sent it in perfect condition just a monthly wash & they return it with blue stains all over it. AND THEY WANTED A Tip?!?! lol the staff members name was Stephany Zolnoski. This place has lost our business for good.

I was greeted quickly by a nice Korean lady who was efficient in getting my phone number registered and my items cataloged. This is a classic dry cleaning establishment. It has that 20th century feel here in the 21st century but if I am going to get my clothes professionally cleaned I like the care from the past rather than the rush and push of the new. I loved the fact that the owner took an interest in the shirt I was wearing from Liberia.
