They have a variety of machines that can be used from top loading to front load washers. Hours and parking are good as well. The bad however, may outweigh the good for me though. There's a lot of trash around, inside and out. Trash that can easily be picked up if there was an attendant around. Trash like used fabric softener's, lint, bottle caps and paper. The machines were also in need of a good wipe down because of lint, and dirt. Only thing I can suggest is to give it a try and see what you think. I myself don't want a place where I go to get stuff clean, dirty.

They ruined my comforter ON TOP of The staff being incredibly rude and pushy, constantly harassing customers for tips. The begging and demanding of tips has been the last few times I've been there and it's just out of control especially with the service they want to be tipped on. Today I was told that my fiancé "hasn't tipped the last three times," which is not only untrue but completely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and a reflection of good service -- not something customers should be guilted or pressured into. When we do tip, it's always $20 or more, but being treated this way after years of loyalty is unacceptable. To make it even better I attached photos of how my king size Casaluna comforter was returned to me. I sent it in perfect condition just a monthly wash & they return it with blue stains all over it. I was greeted quickly by a nice Korean lady who was efficient in getting my phone number registered and my items cataloged. They do their dry cleaning onsite, so they are able to have quick turnaround - I dropped my items off on a Saturday morning and they were done by Monday afternoon. My only gripe is that they are a little pricey - $20 for a skirt suit and 2 shirts, and their prices are not posted anywhere obvious. I will have to shop around for a little bit, but have no complaints about the quality of service provided here.

I had a pretty expensive kimono style jacket cleaned here and when I dropped it off to have it cleaned, there was a belt attached. However upon picking it up 2 days later, there was no belt. When I inquired about the belt, they simply stated "we looked and we saw no extra belts around here". Upon further questioning on my part about the belt, I was told that it was my fault because I did not make them aware of the belt and that had I done so they would have charged me extra for the belt. I went on to explain that I was unaware of my obligation to make them aware of what all the article of clothing contained or that I'd have to pay extra to ensure I get my clothing back in the same condition I dropped it off in. The so-called manager then pointed to some little sign in the window which states what all they aren't responsible for including "trim". I pointed out that this sign was not easily visible to customers since it was among all the advertisements for things like "dog walkers". She then went on to give me attitude and say "well I don't know what to say. If I had your belt I'd give it to you because I don't want it." In that moment she completely forgot that I was the customer who is now out of an article of clothing. Because she wanted me to just leave she stated she'd take my name and number and call if the belt came in. When I asked to speak to someone above her because I felt the situation was unresolved she refused. She then took another customer and stopped to say "you can stand there all day but I'm not giving out any information". Needless to say, I never received resolution of this matter. I will never step foot in there again and caution all who do in the future.
