Wore the outfit to church and noticed my pants had a burn mark on them and it created a hole. I called the cleaners, took my time to go there for them to see the pants. They tried everything they could to tell me that they do not have machines that would cause a burn. Well how do you press the clothes? Then tried to tell me that BBQ that I spilled, looked like the same thing as the burn. Now they want me to bring the pants to the Cherry Hill store like I have all the time in the world. I will not patronize them ever again and will chalk my outfit out as a waste. Hopefully I can have my pants cut into shorts but sure as hell not by them!

Been using this dry cleaners for years, so I figure it's time to write a review!…read more This is my go-to dry cleaner as service is fast, cost is low and their location is super convenient to my daily work commute. They're located right across the street from Patco's Lindenwold station at the end of the Kennedy Services strip mall. They do offer same day service with the promise of drop clothes off by 9am, and ready by 4pm. Being directly across from a train station, it does sometimes get busy during the morning or evening rush hours, but they seem to always keep the line moving. Cash only as some other reviewers have mentioned, and there is an ATM inside. It's $1.99 per piece of clothing, it used to be cheaper years ago, but I'm not complaining, $2 is still cheap to me! Over the years there's been a few different managers/owners, but service has always remained the same. I only take my dress slacks here, as who want to be bothered with ironing(?), and they always do a great job. I recently had a pair of pants that somehow got specks of yellow paint on them during the dry cleaning process. I brought them back here & they gladly cleaned them 2x more and was able to successfully get the paint off. They also said that if all the paint didn't come out after the 2nd cleaning, I could have put in a claim and get reimbursed for the cost of the pants. Luckily I didn't need to do that, but nice to know they would. Overall a great place, and I will continue to use their services!

Items come back clean and neat and they will drop off your items at your building for you if you live close by! The staff here are really nice as well. I am not sure if the prices are considered reasonable or high as I have not checked out other dry cleaning places in the area but it usually comes out to ~$20 for a dress, $10 for a blouse.

Totally serviceable, friendly, quick, affordable dry cleaning in center city. Prices are normal in my opinion - i pay $15 per two piece suit from time to time and $20 once for silk bedding. I like that they are open till 6PM for the after work crowd. Both times I've come in I was seen almost immediately, and the attendant was kind and helpful. They also do alterations although I've never used that service. Usually get a two day turnaround here, although they mentioned you can rush for an additional fee. I'm quite enthusiastic about this place, and it's nice to find a dry cleaner that is consistent and effective! One really important note is that the hours listed on Google and Yelp are not quite accurate. They are open for full service from 8AM - 6PM Monday thru Friday. The rest of the time, 6PM - 10PM Monday thru Friday, and Saturdays & Sundays 8AM - 10PM are only open for drop off, so you can use a drop box (like a library book return) for self-service drop off.

I was unsure at first since he only marked it with one safety pin. 2 out of the 3 dresses were not cut the length that it was supposed to be. I was only able to take one back to have them fix it correctly the other dress I just have to wear since the event I needed it for was around the corner and wouldn't be able to get it fixed in time. They charged me $300 for the 3 dresses which I am sorry for you to mess up on 2 of the dresses and only needed to take an off material is extremely expensive. I would recommend to stay away from this place to get anything tailored. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought in three dresses to be hemmed because they were slightly too long. The gentleman spent less than a minute pinning the length and only used one safety pin on each dress. I had a bad feeling about it at the time because it seemed rushed and careless, but I trusted that the work would be done correctly. Unfortunately, my concerns were justified. Two out of the three dresses were hemmed to the wrong length. I only had enough time to bring one back to be corrected. The other dress had to be worn as is because my event was right around the corner, and there wasn't enough time to have it fixed. To make matters worse, I was charged $300 to hem three dresses. That is an outrageous price for work that wasn't even done correctly. Hemming is one of the most basic alterations, and there is no excuse for getting the length wrong on two out of three dresses especially after charging such a premium. I expected professional workmanship and attention to detail, but instead I received rushed, sloppy work that left me with dresses I couldn't wear as intended. I absolutely cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for quality tailoring. Save yourself the frustration and take your clothes somewhere that values precision and customer satisfaction.

I am very disappointed with my experience and will not return…read more I brought my wedding dress in on May 29 for alterations. It needed to be taken in at the chest, waist, and hips, hemmed to the correct length, and bustled. I came fully prepared with my shoes, shapewear, accessories, and even my veil so the alterations could be done properly. I was told my dress would be ready July 31. On July 30, I called and asked if I could pick it up August 3 and was told it was ready. I called again on August 3 before leaving home and was again told my dress was ready. When I arrived, I was handed **someone else's wedding dress**. After the confusion, I learned that my dress was actually **not ready and the alterations had not even been started**. I received a call the very next morning saying my dress was finished. Considering it had not been started the day before, I was immediately concerned that the work had been rushed. When I returned on August 6, the fit was not right. The back was extremely tight, and the fabric was bunching around my waist and hips instead of laying smoothly. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that I had somehow gained **four inches in my back in approximately six weeks**. I was also told the dress needed to be let out again and that I would have to pay an additional $125, on top of the **$625 I had already paid**. When I picked the dress up again a few days later, the bunching was still there. At that point, I was told there was nothing more that could be done. Having wedding dress alterations done is stressful enough without being repeatedly told a dress is ready when it isn't, discovering the work had not even been started, being handed another bride's dress, and ultimately leaving unhappy with the fit after paying hundreds of dollars. I took my dress elsewhere to have the alterations corrected. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this seamstress for bridal alterations. My advice- STAY AWAY!!!!
