I get you want to be updated but damn the prices are high enough to wash and dry you could at least not charge for the card I believe it was 3 dollars. It's a money grab for sure.

They ruined my comforter ON TOP of The staff being incredibly rude and pushy, constantly harassing customers for tips. The begging and demanding of tips has been the last few times I've been there and it's just out of control especially with the service they want to be tipped on. Today I was told that my fiancé "hasn't tipped the last three times," which is not only untrue but completely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and a reflection of good service -- not something customers should be guilted or pressured into. When we do tip, it's always $20 or more, but being treated this way after years of loyalty is unacceptable. To make it even better I attached photos of how my king size Casaluna comforter was returned to me. I sent it in perfect condition just a monthly wash & they return it with blue stains all over it. A worker showed me how to close the Giant Washer door since I was doing it wrong. There is free Wifi, working change machines Snd a decently clean bathroom. My Giant Washer was $5 which is rather pricey. I'll see how good it washes. Also there is an awesome little play room for kids with a Bounce House! My kids aren't with me but I want to get in there!
