this place sucks. I had an appointment for a passport renewal for 9:45AM. I came in 20 min early. I knew it was going to take a long time but after an hour of waiting and seeing the employees not doing anything and joking around while one man (who was very nice) do all the work. my patience grew thin. and then some lady finally came on to help and had The audacity to say that she was going to take the 10:30AM appointment before me. I'm an understanding person and I know there's a lot going on at the post office. but this was absolutely ridiculous an unacceptable. it took me nearly 2 hours to get done. read more

They do NOT answer the phone. I tried calling for several hours with no type of message letting me know if they are open or closed. They have a package & are saying that it does not have a proper address, they couldn't find the house. This is a brand new home, my daughter took a picture of the address & said that she never saw the mail truck. They REALLY need an overhaul if this is how they work. read more

Manager Barbara Columbus doesn't know the updated policy rules about insurance claims. She told me she was gathering my item then changed her mind. After asking about my item more, she threatened to call the cops on me for creating a disturbance. Answering questions for the public is apart of her job description. Then they gave me a phone number for their office, they haven't answered in 10 attempts of calling. Both trips to the post office they had a paid employee decorating the office. Guess decorating is more important than helping customers or answering the phone. read more

Called at 11:21 on 9/2/23 and got a taped response that the office was closed despite the published hours of operation as being open till 1:00pm. Waiting for a package from Mountainside, NJ which was being sent to my residence in South Jersey. Package went to St. Louis, MO. From there is went to a second St. Louis location. Filed complaint with USPS who blamed the sending company even though the correct address and tracking number were correct in their system. Back to Phillipsburg, NJ to Bellmawr, NJ to Williamstown, NJ. It was scheduled for deliver on 9/2 and, wait for it.... NOPE. So far 6 days to go from North Jersey to South Jersey and still no package. I could have walked to the sending location and back again before this agency delivers it. And they wonder why they are losing business. read more

WORST post office ever. It is social hour for the workers there. Customers get ignored, lines out the door, a total disgrace.

They take too long and have too much rhetoric. The line is usually outside the door. The majority of the time there is only one person working. I can drive all the way to Glassboro , or Sicklerville and get waited on faster. Some of them need to retire or become retrained. Way to slow and then when it's your turn they run you out of there fast Bad customer service. They treat customers with contempt. I have received much better service at other post offices. read more

They must not have a phone at this location. Although a number is listed and I called it starting at 8:45 AM on a Saturday and stopped at 10:30 AM, no one answered. I called the PO in Mullica Hill, they picked up on one ring. The postal worker I spoke to said he had the same problem and he would email them for me. I called the PO in Clayton, they picked up on two rings. The postal worker I spoke with sympathized with me and told me he has the same problem with the Williamstown PO. This is one totally mismanaged post office and needs to move this manager to the streets and hire someone who can do the job. I gave it one star because "zero" stars was not an option. read more

I can understand receiving someone else's mail. I even didn't complain when my mail wasn't picked up, though my new mail was placed directly behind in the same mailbox! (Yes, it's true.) But when a package is not picked up, and I receive an email saying "Your Request (for pickup) has been completed" I get mad. I can't believe the level of incompetence. Awful! I have been getting the wrong mail since I have lived here (10 years!!). I get people's mail who live on a whole different street, which means that I have to drive their mail to their home. Also, I have repeatedly complained about my carrier SMOKING in the delivery truck. No wonder my mail stinks!!! Ugh! read more

Literally just watched the mail lady pull up to my house and not deliver the mail because my car was too close to the mailbox for her. She could of easily reached but shook her head, waved her hands and pulled away. This is probably the same idiot that doesn't serve certified letters because she's too lazy to get out of the truck and walk to the door. Last week my front door was open, two cars were in the driveway and she put a card in my mailbox saying they tried to deliver a certified letter. MORONS! read more

Worst customer service ever. I along with everyone on my block has been getting the wrong mail. I understand it can happen every now and again but it shouldn't be everyday. The driver even went as far as to write my address inside of my mailbox in permanent marker and I still get the wrong stuff. I called to ask what could be done and the manager immediately started yelling at me instead of being understanding. I'm nice enough to give my neighbors their mail, what about those that don't care about walking my mail over. I spoke to someone named ani or manny I'm not positive since he never once stopped yelling. He was screaming about the postmaster being on a 2 week vacation I said okay I would like to talk to him when he returns and he took that as me saying why is he away for two weeks so he was screaming why can't he go away for two weeks who are to ask. And I didn't ask lol. It's so ridiculous but I'm absolutely livid. I'm gonna stop in tomorrow and see how he handles it then. Oh and my address is clearly on my mailbox. worst postal delivery I have ever seen in my life.Everyone in my apartment complex has been getting the wrong mail in there box's this has been going on for more than 2 years . I have made numerous complaints and was told it will be taken care of , not never happened. Then was told the delivery person was fired , not he still is delivering the mail and wasn't even transferred to a different rout .I went to the post office to talk to the post master and was talking to someone else not the post master. Then went back a couple days later and someone else came in an said he was the post master ,not just another delivery forman.I was told that I was wasting their time and mine so I may as well stop complaining ,they deliver the mail that comes into their office,I said yea but not to the right person who it is supposed to be delivered to.I told them I was going to report them to the Belmarw office and he told me he doesn't give a sh** who I complained to and to stop wasting his time .I hate this post office and the way they just don't give to hoots about the way they run this office and treat the people who need to get their mail to pay their bills on time and to know how much it is .We the people of Williamstow should expect to get OUR MAIL DELIVERED TO OUR MAIL BOXES AND NOT GET SOMEONE ELSES MAIL INSTEAD. read more
