The Dell laptop screw for the drive had Loctite on it, and I stripped out the screw and shorted the motherboard. I brought the dead device here and had them pull the drive for me. I replaced the customer's computer and migrated her data. The mistake cost me $50 in labor here plus the replacement laptop. The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, and pretty accommodating.
