The Dell laptop screw for the drive had Loctite on it, and I stripped out the screw and shorted the motherboard. I brought the dead device here and had them pull the drive for me. I replaced the customer's computer and migrated her data. The mistake cost me $50 in labor here plus the replacement laptop. The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, and pretty accommodating. I bought a charger for my phone and took it home. It did not work. I brought it back and he refused to refund my money. How can this even be legal? Bottom line is, go somewhere else. In addition, the certified Verizon retailer down the street at 8th & Asbury didn't have one and the guy there said that I'd have to go to Best Buy or Walmart out of Ocean City to get the Apple Watch charger instead of 2 blocks away at this place. Definitely paid a few extra bucks for it but that's called supply and demand. This place is good in my book.
