I dropped off a Samsung S4 for repairs on 1/15/15...5 months later the phone still doesn't work. Within those 5 months there were several attempts to get the status of the phone and the promise that would be taken care of and if there was no result they would reach out to me, there was never a phone call until I started to communicate with a different representative and then I received a call the next day saying that they couldn't do anything with it....I really feel as though they just didn't want to say that they couldn't fix the phone so it sat. read more

Whatever you do DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ANYTHING! They claim to fix glass on iPads and iPhones. Trust me these repairs are done so unprofessionally it's sickening. The glass used is paper thin! It breaks again within weeks. I had 4 things fixed here and the glass broke for no reason at all (again)on 3 of the 4. They are rude and snappy (except for chip) behind the counter. The attitude on this little dark haired guy almost got him drug over the counter and taught a lesson. One time I entered early in the morning and the whole place smelled like POT! perhaps this is why things are not fixed right? Anyway I have better things to do than to make things up in a review. My service was so awful I had to share it and perhaps save so,e other poor hard working person the same aggravation. Just don't buy anything or get anything fixed here! I was there a couple times in both my experiences have been bad for different reasons. 1. Thier customer service is extremely awful no matter who you talk to in there. 2. They are rude,ignorant and talk down to you no matter who you talk to there. 3. They are extremely pricey on thier used and or vintage equiptment, though most of it gets donated to them to recycle. I wish I had something to positive to say about my experiences dealing with them. I think a one star rating way to high for them. I went to Greenway Computers to have them fix a recessed home button on my iPad, $50 down payment and minimum charge. I waited all day for them to call me when it was done but they never did. I called them just before closing and they said it was done, come get it. The home button is no longer recessed but my iPad is ruined. The screen is completely unresponsive and behaves erratically as if some ghost are playing tricks on me. When I took it back they said they'd look at it but they weren't very friendly about it. They called me 2 days later and said I have a bad digitizer and they'll fix it for $140. I basically paid them $50 to ruin my iPad. read more

Within the last few months, I've visited Greenway Computers to fix my iPhone many times. I've not bought a case yet and have dropped my phone many times. I was charged $80 every time. Pretty high price for just a screen replacement! The staff was great and that's what really earned them the 3 star review. read more

Wouldn't even give a star if yelp had a no star option. THE worst experience I've ever had with electronics! I brought my NEW and WORKING iPhone6 to get the screen (which had small cracks) replaced, and this led to a month long nightmare ended with the TOTAL destruction of my phone. The staff used delay tactics as my phone become increasing non-working. The ENTIRE staff was condensating and rude, and ended our transaction with how GRATEFUL I should be for them giving me back the money I payed for the screen, even though my phone is completely broken (wouldn't even turn on) SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST TAKE IT TO APPLE! read more

If I could give a rating of a negative star If I could. I took my I phone 6 to get a new battery installed and they put one in. I called and told them that the phone was not charging at all. I went back to the store and again they put in another battery and again it did not charge. I spoke with the man at the front desk and he could barely give a sh**t. I did speak with the Tech and he was very nice and said let it charge over night. After several hours I noticed that the charge was not over 3% so I called the store and spoke with the man at the counter and he said that something must be wrong with the phone. I said it was not like that when I brought it in and he said with an accusatory voice"we put in hundreds of batteries and it is pretty straight forward and after two batteries it must be the phone". So again I went to the store and just dealt with the tech and he said let me spend some time with it so I can figure what the problem could be and I said ok. He called me back 3 hours later and told me it works and he installed a battery from a new batch that came in. Well the phone works and charges but the new battery drains faster than the original one I had replaced. I don't want to deal with the owner/weasel to get my money back. I applied to work here as a tech and after several weeks was called in for a trial day. The work area is in the back of the store which has no ventilation and hardly any windows. It is basically a ceiling covered with insulation and brick walls and that's it. Needless to say, it gets quite hot in summer! As others have said, Chip is a nice manager. The owner, however, is something else. I remember him telling us that his "f**king customers can suck his a**". That aside, it was busy and customers would come in and give him laptops to have worked on. He would simply bring them back and shove them at us with no details written or spoken as to what's wrong. Asking him for details wasn't much more helpful. The coworkers are okay, if not a bit racy in their discussions. However, they took a lot of smoke breaks during the day and I don't smoke so I didn't fit in too well. They have one guy who does the phone/tablet repairs so he's busy doing that on his own all day. Needless to say, I was never hired and have never had a desire to go back. He did try and get me to go on some on site visits though. If the customer information he gave was valid, often times they would gasp at the pricing the owner specified for on site visits and they'd opt for Geek Squad instead and hang up. Just based on the owner alone I never visit this place anymore and I don't recommend any of my friends do either. A shame really, since I have good experience in the electronics recycling field and could've been a good contributor. But how things are managed from the top down is truly important for me and this place missed the mark on that important count. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I took my iPhone 5 there to have the broken glass replaced. I was told that it would be $120 to repair the phone instead of the usual $99 because the glass is hard to come by. They had my phone all day. When it was returned to me, I left, jumped into my truck and called my husband to tell him I had my phone back. He could hear me, but I couldn't hear him unless it was on speaker. The next day, I take it back. They have it for another 4 hours. But still can't explain to me why it's not working. I needed the phone bc we were going out of town for the weekend. I was asked to bring it in Monday. Well here we are, today is Monday. They had my phone the entire day, it was returned to me with zero battery charge and now takes no charge from the charger, the ear piece still doesn't work and now the speaker no longer works. He would have to dig deeper to find out the problem. PROBLEM IS THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT!!!!!! So now i paid them $120 and have to go buy a new phone. STAY AWAY!!! FAR AWAY!!!!!! read more

Greenway is seriously the worst place you could go.. I've had my screen replaced 3 times by them and each time they would never glue the screen down correctly that after I would replace my screen protectors it would lift the whole screen.. so as they are changing my screen the scratched my hardware to my phone looked over it for two days so that's two dropped the phone off at 9 and picked it up at 5 for them to attempt to do nothing. Now after the second day they gave me a temporary phone to switch my info over to.. so they could "keep my phone for another week" to try to fix the hardware that they broke.. now I went to apple instead and just paid the 175 to get a new phone all together.. now after that I called them and told them I wanted my 90$ back for the screen they put on and broke my hardware.. but after talking to the owner who was so unprofessional and so rude and laughing at me when I'm trying to tell him the real story after the people who fixed my phone changed their story's up because after I said I wanted my money back they said it was my fault that the hardware broke when the whole time they were trying to help me and saying sorry and they will fix it. So if it was my fault why would they try to fix it for free? They are all so unprofessional and by far the worst to go threw I've heard nothing but bad things about them and of course I ignored it and I really wish I didn't. read more
