I'm very happy with T-Mobile same service as AT&T but it's $40.00 a month less and it was easy to switch

Still love my Blackberry 8900... one of THE BEST investments I ever made. Love T-Mobile's services and packages. Love how their bills look and spell everything out. Automatic billing is sweet!!! But ohhhh.... T-Mobile, your coverage is soooooooo spotty. On a recent vacation in Delaware, I had no coverage 85% of the time. Just awful. South Jersey is patchy... thank goodness my house and work are in a hot spot. When I head to the southern New Jersey bay there is no coverage, whereas with Verizon I had two bars. Eh... hoping as T-Mobile gets more popular coverage will get better. I won't give up my blackberry... so I'll just have to get used to the occasional "paperweight/gameboy" mode. read more

If you are looking for a compassionate location due to this difficult times we as a nation are facing please do not come to this location. If you are a military member or veteran like myself wanting to take advantage of the great deals tmobile has then please visit one of the two mall locations literally a mile away (2 min drive) one inside the mall highly recommended and one outside the mall next to Starbucks (very quick service). The reason for these recommendations are simple, poor customer service resulting from lack of good management. The manger Joseph will literally try and fight you, I was a little upset from having to make several trips to the store and also had customer service on the line to assist, but this location prides itself in using certain policies to their advantage and not assist or even offer a solution. Although I had the right to be upset I decided not to waste anymore time and head over to the mall, as I was walking away I stated I would be leaving a review reflecting my experience and the manger Joseph then got really upset and invited me outside which I honestly thought at first was to talk to me and maybe offer an apology for all of the trouble his company accidentally put me through. I was wrong after going outside and Joseph rudely asking what I wanted to do mind while I was on a recorded line with T-Mobile corporate! I then stated Very surprised "you want to fight me for rightfully being upset? Followed by you are a weak man and a weak manager especially wanting to further escalate a situation where the customer was already leaving! Tmobile has apparently looked into this incident but has not contacted me so I will now take to reviews and social media. There are literally 4 locations within a 3 mile radius including the 2 prior sprint stores that are now T-Mobile stores so please do not waste your time with this notoriously service location. T-Mobile - Worst T-Mobile store ever. - Mobile Phones Near Me - Millville, New Jersey

T-Mobile 2198 N 2nd St, Millville, NJ 08332 My daughter and myself went to the T-Mobile store in Millville,  NJ to get help with activating her new iPhone she received in the mail. When we walked into the store we were greeted by Julia the member expert, and asked us what we were looking for. When my daughter asked her if she could help her with activating her new iPhone, she just stared at us with a long pause and no words, she rolled her eyes and waved us to walk over almost as if we were supposed to read her mind, pretty much acting like she didn't want to help at all. Then asked if we were T-Mobile or Sprint customers,  we told her we were Sprint customers and once again a little bit of more of an attitude. Julia said she had to use a different computer which was no big deal to us because we were prepared to be there as long as it took to complete the activation.  When the computer became available,  we moved over to what we thought was the process. Julia then then asked if my daughter had a SD card, my daughter said no but I went to double check in the car but as I was about to walk out Julia just walked away to the back room not really communicating with us, she then told us that she can't activate it because if they take the phone there will be no tracking number and it would be better if my daughter did the activation at home on the phone. So we decided to go to another store,  but asked if she could put on the liquid glass screen protector for my daughter's new iPhone, Julia grabbed some other screen protector, I asked her if that was liquid glass screen protector "she said "no I we don't have any" which again wasn't true because we were already looking at it. I grabbed the package off the wall and asked her " isn't this liquid glass screen protector?" Julia then said "I mean yeah but I don't recommend it" Your job is to sell it to the customer if that's what they want and what product your store carries. Once again Julia had an attitude and she apparently no working knowledge of the products her store carries There is a bright side to this, we went to the T-Mobile store in the Cumberland Mall right down the street and dealt with Kyle. Everything we asked to do at the Millville T-Mobile store, Kyle did at the Cumberland Mall T-Mobile store.  And yes we had to leave the old phone with Kyle,  but we got a receipt with a tracking number. Thank Kyle Never again will myself or any of my family will go to the Millville T-Mobile store and of course any of my friends that have T-Mobile. read more

I can't speak for the particular store, but I've had a so-so relationship with T-Mobile. Speaking as someone who lives near the Vineland area, I've noticed that coverage works well in the downtown area, but as you travel into some of the farm country, you'll totally loose coverage. It could just be my phone (a kind of "dated" Samsung), but I've gotten really great connections in other places, so I'm thinking it's just the T-Mobile network in the area. One cool thing I've noticed, though, is that T-Mobile must have agreements with other carriers in other countries. I've taken my phone overseas and I've always been able to pick up a carrier service -- and the cost-per-minute wasn't that horrible. Though you do have to contact T-Mobile ahead of time to let them know where you're going so that they can activate the services on your phone. Just an FYI. read more

horrible customer service, they promised deferred payment on phones got stiffed on first bill. tried to argue even within 30 day period and got nothing but lies and run around. the people in this store are thieves and don't even have the courage to call you back. stay away unless you want a 2,000 bill. on top of it all Tmobile in this area has minimal coverage, dropped more call in 28 days than 4 years with another carrier.
