I went in to purchase a phone that I had already looked everything up online and double checked with an customer service rep over the phone so I knew cost plan and everything . But I decided I wanted to be impatient and pick the phone up in person . So I go to this location and begin processing everything . Add the line , the store personnel unpacks the phone and begins updating the phone not even importing the information yet . When the rep was unable to properly set up my plan she called into AT&T and proceeded to impersonate me ! Instead of advising the customer service rep that she was store personnel ! Like this is insane! Then my original rep from AT&T customer service calls me back as her and I previously discussed Incase the store had an issues or the phone wasn't available.I guess I had an intuition that it would be nonsense ! So I asked the store rep to cancel everything , this woman tells me oh there will be a $55 restocking fee !!! Like I haven't even touched that phone ! They are so unprofessional! When I requested a manager I get told only this lady was available and she was the manager . The lady helping me had slippers on and was in a sweat outfit ! The other in store rep who said she was the manager was in a stained shirt and leggings . Since when does a big company like that not manage personnel and allow the "manager" to be so Sunday clean around the house casually dressed for work ! Ugh I would not go to this location . Update ; spoke with the district manager and he has rectified the situation . Very professional and a pleasure to deal with . Good luck training those employees .

Taking it back the following day, the technician claimed "this is a motherboard issue, i can't fix motherboard issues" when the website for the store specifically advertises that this store is supposed to provide this service. All in all: I spent over a hundred dollars at this shop expecting repairs on a phone with a rapidly draining battery repaired, and I came back with a phone suddenly so internally messed up that the technician at this same store could not fix whatever he had done. I spent $100+ on phone repairs and my phone came back so much worse that I was forced to go to my mobile carrier and spend on a brand new iPhone anyway just in order to get a device that works, after trusting the technician at this store to "fix" my phone.

I broke my iPhone screen a few weeks ago and neglected to get it fixed. Then one Sunday, the touch…read morescreen stopped working, so I knew I had to finally get it fixed. I dropped my phone off at Konnections, who told me they could fix it. Hours passed and I hadn't heard back from them regarding the progress of my phone. I called multiple times, only for nobody to answer. Finally, close to their closing time, I called and someone picked up. They told me the repair guy ran into some problems and I'd have to pick it up the next day (Monday). I use my phone for work, so this was a big problem for me, but there was nothing I could do about it at that point. The next day, I waited until later in the afternoon to call, to assure that they'd have plenty of time to fix my phone. When I got a hold of someone, they told me they had tried to call me to tell me I could come pick it up. (I later found out they were calling and leaving messages on my cellphone, the one they had in their possession. Instead of calling the number I provided) Anyway, I go to pick up my phone, only to be told that my Home Button just happened to break during the repair (keep in mind, I had no problem with my home button prior to dropping my phone off here) They told me they could replace the home button for an additional $45, on top of the screen repair they charged me $95 for. So, I declined. I didn't want to do any more business with them. I called other repair shops, only to be told that nobody other than Apple can replace an iPhone 7 or newer home button. I was told this by other repair shops just like this one. So I have no idea what Konnections planned on doing for $45 if they couldn't actually replace what they broke. So I made an appointment with Apple. It took an Apple employee 2 seconds to look at my phone screen and notice that it was an inferior product. He noticed the colors were diluted and the calibration was all messed up on the replacement screen I was given. In the end, the damage they did to my phone was unrepairable and Apple ended up giving me an entirely new phone for $150. So I could have saved myself $95. Moral of the sorry, don't go here. They're scam artists.
