Recently we had reception problems and the online Direct TV service representative was unable to solve the problem and we were told that a service rep. could not come for 1 1/2 weeks + we needed a new control box ($100) and we needed a 2 year service contract (approximately $9.99/mo.) Faced with being without TV for 1 1/2 weeks I called COOK'S TV and Jen answered, consulted with service man, James, and immediately sugested resetting the Direct TV control box.
