Verizon Wireless ATTN: Correspondence Team PO Box 5029 Wallingford, CT 06492 To who It may concern, I just became a new customer to Verizon because I saw your deals of how I can turn in my 3 iphones and get credit off my bill. My local store in Decatur, Alabama lied to me not once, but twice through two different agents. First I was told that as soon as corporate received my phones my bill would be lowered. Secondly I was told as soon as my 15 percent employee discount was applied my total bill would be 15 percent lower. So needless to say with that kind of deal I jumped on it. I couldn't of been more wrong. I just got off the phone with customer service and was told it takes 2 to 3 bills for all the credits to be applied and on top of that the 15 percent discount only covers the data plan. Seriously? I was paying ATT 215 dollars and now paying Verizon 255. On top of that I have to pay ATT 450 to get out of my contract making my bill this month over 700 dollars! Thank you Verizon, for screwing my finances up this Christmas season, based on agents lying to your customers. Rest assured I will be posting this wherever I can. read more

this store is horrible. my poor elderly father went in there to have my deceased mother's line disconnected and they ignored him at first and then when "dealing" with him acted rudely. and then to top it all off did not even do what they said!!! he received a bill for my dead mother's phone that was apparently still connected. great job Verizon....kicking someone while their down. karma. read more
