I was reluctant to try this internet service as I was afraid it would turn out to be like all the other services I had in the past which is a lot and the totally unreliable services I got from the ones in the past but I gave them a shot and chose the cheapest package they had and to my surprise they wound up being the best of all. Even at $59.95 a month I can run my online weather station 24 / 7 plus run all 3 of our TV's, play games on our phones, run our computers and laptops and our tablets at a comfortable pace with no problems whatsoever. We have had 3 strong storms come through here and the first thing I thought was oh boy we're gonna lose our power and internet but to my surprise our internet never even missed a beat. The sales people were honest about which phones were notorious with certain issues, like bad battery life, crappy call quality, etc. That was a plus! Because AT&T tell you they are all great and point you to an iPhone, while Verizon Wireless were on you like a rabid dog...scary. I liked the honesty of the T-Mobile associates. Even though we don't have 3-G here with them, yet, I think I'll stick with them. They are cheaper than all the other companies. They also are honest. The Verizon lady tried to sell me a plan that would cause me to be charged a data charge per MB that would have cost me a fortune. What a rip. Give the underdogs a shot. They aren't half bad.

Of course when they couldn't counter my new provider they began offering deals I was told 9 months prior that didn't exist. They also accused us of not returning equipment when we moved out of their service area a few years back. They instructed us to leave it in a drop box at one of their locations. We did exactly as instructed and they reported on my wifes credit report us owing them approximately $500 for the equipment. After hours of debate over the phone, they admitted the equipment was returned and the report was in reference to a past due account. Ive never been late a single payment the entire time I had service. My service would have been 4 months past due and we all know that would never happen. Within a month or so it would have been turned off. In my opinion they have become too big to care about people. They were not truthful with me and have caused us grief. I guess they don't understand that technology is not a necessity for some. They should have offered special deals from the beginning which is regarded as gouging. The system was off repeatedly and at times down for more than a day while offering no credits. There are better deals out there. I found them.
