Woke up one day to find out my daughter accidentally broke my liquid screen on my 9 year old…read moremacbook pro. I know, I know, it was old, but it still worked, despite having some issues. It got the job done, and I frankly wasn't looking to upgrade to an expensive brand new macbook. I was hoping I would get another 2 years out of it, wishful thinking. Anyways, I called right away and Brandy answered pretty quickly, and after I explained my situation, she quickly told me what the problem was, how the screen broke, since we did not drop it and diagnosed it fairly quickly. She gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to clone my old computer and transfer to a new one. Took the new computer to M3 Solutions, and If I would of taken it earlier, it would probably been ready same day, but took it after 3 pm, on a Friday, Memorial day weekend, so they did not have it ready until Tuesday right before closing, which is what they promised me. Mind you, the file itself was pretty large. So I was very impressed with how quickly and effectively they cloned the files to the new computer. They also gave me a very reasonable bid to replace my liquid screen on the old computer and to restore it back to factory settings, remove any viruses and hopefully now, get 2-4 years out of it as a back up/family computer. Last but not least, I wanted to share how friendly and kind they are. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their gadgets serviced or repaired. Will use them for our gadget needs from now on. Honest, efficient and reliable.

Last saturday, I came in to with two individual Nintendo 2DS Consoles, one of which was my older…read more2DS before I had bought my current one, and to which the broken one needed a screen replacement, and the other was another working 2DS I just so happen to buy from TechER, I wanted to get the screen replaced from the TechER 2DS, and put it's screen into my old broken 2DS. One week later and I recieved both of them back with my old broken 2DS now fixed up and working! But now the TechER 2DS is just a husk only to be used for parts. The ONLY problem I had with the experience is that the majority of my stuff on my old 2DS has been wiped, I'm sure it was nobodys fault at TechER.. BUT I didn't really mind at all considering I have everything safe and sound on my current 2DS! Pretty sure the only reason they could fix it was because I already had the part they needed to fix up my old one, which was the screen from the TechER 2DS. I'm just glad they got my childhood 2DS working and that now I have two perfectly working 2DS's.
