Last saturday, I came in to with two individual Nintendo 2DS Consoles, one of which was my older 2DS before I had bought my current one, and to which the broken one needed a screen replacement, and the other was another working 2DS I just so happen to buy from TechER, I wanted to get the screen replaced from the TechER 2DS, and put it's screen into my old broken 2DS. One week later and I recieved both of them back with my old broken 2DS now fixed up and working! But now the TechER 2DS is just a husk only to be used for parts. The ONLY problem I had with the experience is that the majority of my stuff on my old 2DS has been wiped, I'm sure it was nobodys fault at TechER.. BUT I didn't really mind at all considering I have everything safe and sound on my current 2DS! Pretty sure the only reason they could fix it was because I already had the part they needed to fix up my old one, which was the screen from the TechER 2DS. I'm just glad they got my childhood 2DS working and that now I have two perfectly working 2DS's. read more

Having trouble with my cell phone, it wouldn't charge unless I had it on a flat charger. Drove down there on Saturday morning. I have no idea what the gentleman's name was working there, but he was very polite and very professional. Took a quick look at my phone said he could fix it while back for about 10 or 15 minutes, came back and it was fixed. Only cost me $11 well worth it. I would highly recommend this place for any cell phone or computer repair. read more

I took my iPhone8 in to get a new battery put in. I went to pick it up and they told me they nicked the button and it won't read my TouchID. I told them this wasn't good. Their response? "Well we didn't charge you for the labor." Really? Oh yeah that makes it so much better. I spend a lot of time in my car and now my phone is virtually unusable. i brought my PS4 in because of a hard drive issue and they said they would give me a a call whenever they were done and ready for me to pick it up. 2 months go by no call. I finally get one later into the 2nd month and they say its finally good to go. I come in and pay 120$ for a one 1 TB (terabyte) hard drive. and it stops working 2 months after i got and i hadn't even used half of the space on it. Found the same one on amazon for 47$. Installed it and its still working to this day. Don't go here you can find everything you need on Youtube and Amazon. read more

I always read reviews on products and services for advice. When picked my laptop up, the computer keys weren't flat and even and edges weren't sealed. I took my laptop in on Thursday and was told I would be called on Monday. I wasn't called and called Tuesday. I was told he was a man down and would call Wed. Never called and I called on Wednesday. He said the device to check my laptop was dead and they didn't have another. Called Thurs and again told me it hadn't been looked at and someone would call Fri. NO ONE EVER RETURNS CALL. Saturday, I picked laptop up. At this time they told me it was simple plug in. At this point, I couldn't trust them. Jeremiah apologized. I paid $21.95 for this. I brought my Dell tower and my Acer laptop to Tech ER a couple weeks ago. The Dell tower had major registry and virus program issues. The Acer just needed a backup disk. I chose Tech ER because my cousin recommended them after they helped him with his gaming issues. I'm extremely satisfied with Tech ER's work, how they treated me and the amount of time it took to complete the job. The staff are both very professional, amiable and really care about the customer's needs. They recommended a new type of hard drive, and I'm very happy with the new faster response time of the new drive. Not only that, but they were able to clone my original hard drive to the new one so I didn't have any homework when I brought it home. My computer was in the store for just a few days. I thought the cost of their work was comparable to other computer tech stores I've worked with in the past, but the professionalism I got at Tech ER was miles beyond any service I've received from other stores.
