We tried to get it back, however failed even with google suggestions on how to address the issue. We jumped into the car and we arrived at their location located off Gallatin Pike across from Publix. Zack and other employees dove into the issue and after a couple of days of trying to gain access. With a collaborated effort they were successful in fixing her Motorola junk phone and transferring all the data to a new I phone.
