A lady answered the phone. She didn't seem to know anything. She took my name, number and what I needed delivered and say that "He" would get back to me with when they could deliver. I didn't hear anything all day so this morning 5/15 I called got the same girl. this time she said "you have to go to the office and pay then they will get you in the rotation". I told here that would have been nice to know yesterday, but thanks we will go in. my husband just went there at 11 and after issues with hem only taking cash he had it worked out and then the guy was like "oh that guy just bought the last of what you need". so they don't have people working that know what they are doing. This is very bad customer service. hopefully they train their employees better.

I always quarantine new plants and inspect upon purchase, but ended up throwing away the last two in fear of them spreading. I was talking to another houseplant friend this week and she also said the last two house plants she got here came with spider mites, as well-- hers even spread to other plants because she didn't throw them out. Maybe it's because their house plant greenhouse is open to the outside? Maybe just bad luck recently? I'd stick to buying flowers, produce, and seasonal goods here.
