(Lawns Unlimited must have thought the same--they took photographs for their portfolio). 2022 and 2023 I had 2 rotator cuff surgeries and could not maintain my landscaping. I talked to the people here about mulching, cutting out some overgrown plants, moving some others, trimming everything else, and adding some perennials. Everything went well except the trimming and the final bill. My bushes were trimmed very oddly. The places I had the same bushes side by side each bush was cut to a different size and shape compared to the bush beside it. Also, the final price ended up being very close to the initial bid, even though I had agreed to not having near as many perennials (too late in the season to source them). I've been by the office at least 20 times over the last 9 months leaving messages but have never been able to get even a phone call back to explain my concerns. Everything may be perfectly good--I'll never know for lack of any contact with the owner. Thank goodness I've recovered from my surgeries and can take care of my yard work again.

It looks like there were projects started and not finished. Plants with bare roots were laying scattered around on the ground along with empty pots and junk floating around. It's just disheveled, junky and messy looking all around the outside. It's as if no one is taking care of the grounds or the plants they have. I feel in love with a $450 cedar tree last month, although I didn't have the money to get it. When I looked at it today, it was dying. About 1/3 of it was yellow. It makes me sad and angry. This place has so much potential, but I feel as if the owners have just given up. Gave it two stars because the inside was fairly nice and has a nice selection of gifts and things.

I was dismayed by the rudeness of the clerk. I always try to do business with local businesses, but will NEVER go to Jean's. After leaving the store without a new plant I called and spoke to the owner. He said it was their policy not to give refunds on plants. I did not want a refund I just want another plant. Wish I could give them a negative.
