I was dismayed by the rudeness of the clerk. I always try to do business with local businesses, but will NEVER go to Jean's. After leaving the store without a new plant I called and spoke to the owner. He said it was their policy not to give refunds on plants. I did not want a refund I just want another plant. A lady answered the phone. She didn't seem to know anything. She took my name, number and what I needed delivered and say that "He" would get back to me with when they could deliver. I didn't hear anything all day so this morning 5/15 I called got the same girl. this time she said "you have to go to the office and pay then they will get you in the rotation". I told here that would have been nice to know yesterday, but thanks we will go in. my husband just went there at 11 and after issues with hem only taking cash he had it worked out and then the guy was like "oh that guy just bought the last of what you need". so they don't have people working that know what they are doing.
