A year or so ago, I took my computer in for repair. I was quoted $75 for the repair. It took 3 days longer than told. Went to pick up computer and told it was $125. When I said what I was quoted they reduced it to the quoted price. The real problem is that it was worse after I got it back than it was prior to the repair. I did not know they had changed hands. It definitely is not the Oops it was prior to the sale. I do not recommend. read more

Definitely would NOT recommend this place. Dropped my IPAD off in July for them to replace the charging port. After many phone calls and stopping by, it took until late September 18th that I received a text stating that it was ready. Supposedly, the repair was overlooked. When you drop off your property, please get a written estimate. Unfortunately, I did not. I was told 2 prices. One if they broke the screen while repair which would have been over 200.00. and one without breaking the screen. My bill today was 218.49 with a 50.00 credit b/c it took so long for the repair. I asked if the screen was broken during the repair and I was told no. So, not only that it took 2 months of waiting for the IPAD, I know I paid more than what was told to me but did not have the estimate. read more

Went in for iPhone screen repair and camera repair. All went well, paid my 170$ even though on the phone the gentlemen said it was going to be 150$. Two days later i pull my phone out of my pocket and there is a crack running across the bottom left portion of the screen. I called because I am positive I did not drop, bump, bang, and otherwise damage the phone physically in anyway beyond normal usage. The clerk just said that I could get 10$ off if I want to buy a new one and that they dont warranty it. Good luck. So 170$, and 4 hours I'll never get back. read more

Went in with iMac to resolve software issue, left with a bill, cracked screen, and the same software issue. Communication - Very Poor. Can't follow up. I can't overstate how bad these folks are at basic communication skills. Expertise - Didn't know how to fix the software issue, but never told me that. The lack of humility lead to a $2500 pile of garbage for me to deal with. Professionalism - Was ok, but again, if I didn't check in every two weeks, I'm sure my computer would still be sitting in a back room somewhere. Accountability - It took months to get my issue resolved after a series of failed promises. Here recently the screen peeled off due to what I assume was poor adhesive and now is completely broken. Software wasn't fixed, and now my screen is destroyed. I sent an email to the owner and it's been a week with no reply. Overall - they might be okay if you need your phone screen fixed, but I seriously would consider going somewhere else if you have any other type of repair. They simply don't know what they are doing and are a poorly ran company that will cost you a lot of time and money. read more

My iPhone X's battery has been holding a charge for only a day or so. I found Oops on Yelp and saw the great reviews. I called and they said to come over as their Mondays get busy very fast. I dropped the phone off at 10:00 and mentioned that my screen was cracked but I wasn't too worried about it. The technician checked it out and said my screen protector was cracked, not the screen. I was told that the phone would be ready at 11:15. I picked up my phone at 11:30 and it was as good as new. This repair cost me right at $100 which I thought was very fair. Took my I-pad Pro too Oops because it wouldn't charge due to shortage in the port and also battery was draining extremely fast. Took it on Wednesday they said it would be ready Friday. We didn't go pick it up until the following Tuesday. It WASNT ready! No text or phone calls to tell me it wasn't ready and a 45 to 50 minute drive one way for me. Told them I would wait on it to be fixed due to the drive. Went back several hours later and was told they also replaced the screen due too their breakage when removing it and did replace at their cost. ( it did have a crack in it when I took it to them) I feel that that was not there fault. Got iPad home and none of my usb to C chargers would charge it. It was returned to me with 48% battery life. The only way iPad would charge was to take out to car and charge with vehicle running plus the battery drained down to less than 10% when using it. Took it back next day and they gave me a charger and cord that did charge it. So WITHOUT saying it they put a charging port in my IPad that will ONLY charge iPad with a C to C charger and with a higher wattage. So NONE of my chargers and cords that are USB to C will charge the IPAD. IM NOT HAPPY! One more thing due to them replacing the screen my Pencil that cost over a hundred dollars only works on my IPad sporadically which is a pain! I'm not telling anyone too not take your phones/iPad to OOPS for repair but ask questions and check too see if they are APPLE approved and apple products. I will not take any of my products back to them I'll take them to a Apple repair store. joy. David Collins, I've tried to get in touch with you to no avail. It's been a month since I posted this review. I've tried everything I know to do with my ipad and stylus and it's getting worse. My stylus will not hardly work on my ipad anymore. I also want the charging port replaced with one like that was on my ipad when I brought it to you where a usb to c will charge my Ipad without the usb port being charged by a electrical plug-in. I dropped my phone that I'm still paying on, it turned hot and black and wouldn't ever turn back on. Took it in, the technician ran it through a scanner and said it needs at least a screen and battery. Told me give him a few hours to verify and test. Called back the next morning, and he let me know it was probably a problem with the motherboard, and could be very expensive to diagnose and fix. Decided to pick it up and bring in an older iPhone that I had, which was smashed up a couple years back. Thought it just needed a screen, turns out that didn't fix it, so they let me know the bad news. Ended up getting a new one, so it all worked out. I was just very impressed with the staff at Oops, they were quick, efficient, friendly, and kept in touch with me. There was no beating around the bush, no up-selling. In the end, they did not charge me anything, not even for diagnostics, and they even put a screen protector on my new phone. I went in to Oops today because my 3-year old iphone's microphone was not working. They quickly diagnosed the problem as 3 years worth of gunk in the microphone. They cleaned it and charged me $0 because it was a "cleaning" not a "repair". It still took their time and they still have overhead, so I asked them to please let me give them at least $20 but they refused, and they just politely asked me to return some day when I need an actual repair. read more
