They told me the price to fix it, it was pretty high so they also gave me other options. They told me to buy a sheet I needed, that they didn't even sell, and said I could bring it in and they would fix it. I brought it in expecting to pay something for their help but nope, they fixed it free of charge. I was having other phone issues that they took the time to help me with as well. With three crazy boys I am sure I will be going back soon.
