I would give them a ZERO ,They assured me they could fix the glass on my iphone and the camera if it needed fixed . I waited over 1 1/2 hours and they came out and said they put the glass on and could not fix the camera, then he went back to where they were working on the phones then came Back out and with the glass taken back off and said the place where the camera goes is getting hot so I felt of it and I didn't feel any heat coming from the phone. so he went back and came out with my phone ,it only had cracks at the top of the phone when I gave it to him . My phone had a big hole across the top and cracked down the sides, instead of leaving the new glass on it he put the old glass that they made holes in and charged me 50.00 for tearing it up worse than what it was, when I got home parts fell out of it on the counter when I was putting it on the charger. I fill they stole parts out of my phone and charged me to do it . They could have left the glass on because the phone still worked , now I'm using a busted phone that doesn't work very well because of the cracks and hole across the top. Don't think it is safe giving them your password to your phone, I tried to change mine and it said I had to wait for an hour ,I have never had to do that on any I phone i have had. It is cheaper to Buy a new phone than paying them ,at least with a new one you know what you got. read more

Unlike going to a car repair shop or doctor you can get a good evaluation of the problem and reasonable price By IPhone 5, screen started to separate from the body, button was sticking on top and had to get it fixed. Walked in and he opened it quickly... Because the screen was falling out. One quick look and screen was fine just the frame had come loose from the frame. A little glue solved that issue. Buttons are on recall from Apple. Did not know that so new appointment to make with them. My battery that holds little charge was expanding and puffy. About to blow. New battery for phone and his glue repair for $49. Not bad and I am on the road in less than 30 minutes from walking in. The best is an honest analysis. Others came in or called. If cost is not worth it he tells you. I had a screen issue on a IPAD 2 that I dropped. $179 to fix was not worth it If you have a phone issue it's worth the drive or a call. read more

My pixel 3a phone took a spill and the screen cracked. I used Yelp to ask Cell Surgeon for an estimate and they quoted me $179.99 to replace the screen. This seemed high but worth it if they did a great job. Sad to say they didn't wow me with the installation. The technition installed the screen slightly too high on the phone so now I have a small gap at the bottom of my screen about the size of a fingernail. There is a lip at the top of my screen where you can feel the glass as well. On the plus side they mentioned they didn't have the screen in but was able to order it quickly so it only had to wait one day for shipping, and they only took an hour to install the screen. EDIT: it turns out that my screen didn't correctly of adhear to the monitor. I'm able to apply pressure to the sides of the screen and the screen depresses. This did not happen before. read more

Boy did these guys save me! Back story - I drove off from a gas station with my XR iPhone on top of my truck cab. When I went back to look for it, I found it face down on Hixson Pike. When I picked it up and flipped it over, the front was smashed. Cell Surgeon was the first place we found open on a Saturday during the city wide lockdown. They repaired it within an hour at the quoted price and also replaced the protective glass. They even made me feel a little less stupid by telling me "you would surprised how often this happens". I have popped into this location a number of times and always found them to be friendly and helpful. It's always painful to have to pay another cent towards our cell phones with the cost of service and equipment so I can't rave about their prices but I can say that I shop around and they are the same as anywhere else and I have been given helpful advice on things to try that could save me money by the staff before so I will continue to use them when I need cell repair. read more

I went to get my iPad fixed and they charged me 160$ and my iPad has ghost type on it and I asked my cousin and he said he went to cell surgeon to and he had ghost type to.ghost type is something where I have to press my E button over and over again and it will delete my message so I think I would not go to cell surgeon again read more

Purchased a screen for iPhone XR on 12-23. On 12-28, the screen started changing colors and having lines through it. So, I took it in thinking that they would replace it under the warranty stated on the receipt of purchase. However, the sales person said the phone had been dropped and there was internal break on LCD screen not the digitizer screen. The phone had no physical cracks on the screen. I have dropped iPhones on numerous occasions and this has never happened. Only thing I can think of is that they are selling inferior screens.
