Took my phone down there today to get a battery replaced. They inspected the phone, noted the battery was bloated. The screen was not damaged in the slightest. They called me to tell me they broke the screen when removing it to get to the battery. They want me to pay for it. Nope. I decided to give this business a try with a cracked iPad screen. Everything seems great and I picked up the iPad and went on with my life. Immediately the screen started to crack and I took it back to them and they basically told me it was my fault. I was very surprised and I was told that the husband would contact me later and he never did. I took this to another store I'd use previously and they advised that there was a bend in the iPad and that it should have never been attempted as that is why it was cracking and that any store should have seen the bend and not repaired it without speaking to me and getting my consent as it was likely to happen again. The fact that they never called me back, the fact that they insinuated that I was being dishonest... That's the reason for this review. I don't like to air grievances like this because it could be a total one-off situation but it was $100 down the toilet. The lady was very rude and accusatory and I think there was a better way this could have been handled. This was a few months ago and I decided it was time to write this review. Super friendly and knowledgeable, I was able to pay on line, she ordered my new screen ( I have an older phone) and called the next day to let me know it was in. My phone wouldn't turn on or even charge. The Verizon store I went to referred me here on the Friday before New Years. I told the man working that I would be leaving town on January 2nd he said he would either get back to me on Friday or Saturday he did not. And they were closed today January 2nd and at best he didn't have enough presence of mind to tell me they would be closed on January 2nd and at worse he was hoping I wouldn't be able to come and get it. This kind of lack of communication makes this small business seem either incompetent or malevolent. That being said my phone's issue was more technical and probably harder to solve. I have a feeling if your issue is a cracked screen or damage of that kind they'll be better at getting back to you, but I have a feeling you can find a repair shop that will have better service overal read more

Very Unhappy with way i was treated and for what i paid ,as well as taxes that should not been charged at all, I basically paid for nothing to been fixed on my computer and got it back worse then it was. Also, my friend who is a professional worker on comps even noticed that when i mentioned the prices for some parts even generic i was told way higher then parts would caust for my model partly for its age. and max for a cable that it'd of needed was $20. But also what upsetted me was how much of a run around i was given as well on top that day i took it in going out of my way for dr appointment and not able to receive it back till next day. And instead of actually being professional, the owner was very much the opposite and very rude seeming when my mother had to call for me at time i was told because I was trying to figure out a way to actually do some of my school work that I got seriously behind on and not knowledgeable w computers considering she unplugged mine with out turning it off day i took it to be looked at and i was not happy about that because how old my computer is and that is bad in general for a poor computer. the guy was nice, but still didn't make feel comfortable when i felt was same issue it was most likely wrong with it then it could of been and will go elsewhere where i know it will be taken care of correctly and given back in time i am told not bs'ed around and feel lied to and then not willing to solve or even offer anything for my time of having to wait longer then told or promised partly for reasons that they were very busy when i even paid up front because how urgently i was in need of it back that day as well as top of my computer is scratched up when i got it home. I can live with the screen as it is until i got money for it but i still feel was unfair price for nothing much fixed and as well working worse then was... They need to learn how to respect their customers better no matter age or how old they may look because not everyone is a child that may seem to look it and get disrespected, which was other part past me trying figure out my school work issues i needed to get done that day, was having my mother call because i felt she'd been talked with more so respectively then i felt i was being treated as. It isn't the first i have been felt as if treated that way but I have NEVER been so unhappy and disrespected before in my entire 31 years of my life ever like i was when i went there with that owner.I felt was bit over priced in some ways on some stuff and I felt like to trust what i have herd and give them a chance but I should trusted my gut feeling instead and not bothered taking it in even if was only place i had option of taking it that was close that wasn't a business chain type place. I never hardly ever complain about anything unless it is that big of a issue I have had.
