The cancelled 29 min before the schedule install. When I called to reschedule or speak to someone, it was as if I was bothering them. Likely a big national group using inexperienced and unreliable local companies that will only work you in around their "real" customers. I recommend sticking with BestBuy or another local company you know and trust.

After submitting a request on their contact page, Nathan replied and I explained the need for their help and their patience with my dad. He followed-up with my questions and I sent my dad, computer in hand, over to the shop. Nathan updated me later with the current status and prognosis for the computer. Super nice.
