Until we tried to use our internet. It was spotty at best. I reached out to the customer service tech who told me to buy a wireless booster - $40 later and it did absolutely nothing. after a month of bad service, with no change to the crappy service, I tried to have someone come out to the house and see what the problem is. SO - not only did they knowingly install service outside their area, but then sent me to collections because I didn't want to pay for someone to uninstall all the equipment and close out the account... After the experience, I reached out to others and apparently this is not uncommon at all for RTC.
