I've lived and…read moreworked in 33 countries and 33 states while in the military and have used storage units in 7 locations around the world and in the U.S. This climate-controlled building is very safe, the temperature inside is kept at a reasonable degree, MICHAEL BARNES is very customer-oriented with good "people skills", and the rates are fairer than other storage companies. There are times when the building needed to be swept and tidied up to remove debris but I've NEVER had a problem with bugs or rodents in my unit. They were very careful, had lines attached that would help guide the largest branches and the actual trunk of the tree down. It came down piece by piece very successfully.
