Selling house and wanted both pressure washing of the house and painting the interior (walls and…read morebaseboards). Received two quotes and would have tried to get more but was in a hurry. This one was less than the other quote but both were professional and arrived on time for the inspection and quote. I chose this company because he not only gave me a good price when we discussed what I was doing, he added in a few other items (i.e. pressure washing the sidewalk and driveway) after I was already provided a quote. I just found him easy to deal with and I knew it was a family business. Work was to be started Friday and completed by Saturday but they called on Thursday and asked if they could start early because of weather. They showed up that day was work was completed on Friday afternoon. House looked great inside and out. I would highly recommend them.

Especially since when Scott originally saw the paint job they offered to completely redo my hardwood floors and move the moon to make up for it. They make promises they cannot keep. The latest discovery: Their subcontractors didn't butt the siding up to my brick patio which was led to my decking board becoming rotted and water intrusion. I have had two contractors confirm this which this company refuses to listen to because they "can't trust other contractors." Please do not do business with them, the more people I talk to about this company the more horror stories I hear. Also there was no quality check on the paint as you can see, when he says that he only means the manufacturer came out and said my warranty was in tact and even they said there were pieces that need replacing. They did not even look at the area currently in question. Not to mention when I mentioned that the fence gate is sagging and continuing to sag because they didn't construct it properly the came out and put it on wheels. I seldom give 5 stars, but Catoosa Handyman (Chris) was excellent…read more The tape and plaster was falling from the ceiling in the garage. I sent Chris an email and requested a quote. He came the next day and took measurements and said he would get back with me. He sent the quote for two types of repair. I took the cheaper of the two and it looks awesome. Chris was on time Thursday, quickly started work and finished late that afternoon. The garage looks great and I have had lots of compliments on how well it looks. I will be using Catoosa Handyman for future projects that I am saving to have completed. It is rare to find a handyman that is on time and very particular with his work. You will find that in Chris.

I cannot say enough about Tim and his team of skilled workers. Each of them went above and beyond…read moreon every job they did at my home. Having never been the sole decision maker for repairs on such a large scale, the thought of having to do so became really intimidating! I called Tim and talked with him about some of the issues with my house and he was here first thing the next morning. We talked about what needed to be done and what did not. I had already hired someone for foundation work that I was told I needed, so that was the first thing Tim addressed. After careful inspection, he determined that I DID NOT need this expensive work at all and explained why. From that moment on, I felt that Tim was honest and I could trust him. Plus, I had 'done a little homework on Lowder and Lowder Construction before calling him and was impressed with what I read about his company. After discussing all repairs/issues, I hired Tim and his team right away...best decision I could have made! Everyone was on time each day and if Tim was not here, he was always available by phone. These workers did just that..they worked! If I had a question, someone was always able to answer it for me and seemed more than happy to do so. Tim had unique ideas for certain areas of my house and I am so glad that I listened to him and agreed with his suggestions. My home is so beautiful now, thanks to Tim Lowder and his team! He will be the only contractor I call for any future work I might need for my home! Thanks so much, Tim and crew, for transforming my house into something prettier than I could have ever imagined it would be!!
