He suggested the wiring was bad in my ceiling although my fans ran for 10 years prior without fail . He said he was going to have his electrician friend come look at them and then he would finish wiring them up . I never heard from the electrician . I messaged Travis three different times and he said he would check with his friend . He did not give me a phone number when I asked he wouldn't even give me his phone number when I asked . I paid him over $400 to hang the two fans which are still not connected . The last time we texted he said he would come the next day to hang the one fan but he refused to do anything with the other fan that might be burnt up due to a previous person using the wrong wires . I figured one fan would be better than no fan in the meantime I ordered a new fan just in case but he said he would not be hanging that fan . Not only did he not show up I never heard from him again . I paid over $400 and I am no better off than I was before . I'm probably going to have to pay the same amount again to have the fans actually connected. I do not recommend his service . I feel like if the job was something he could not do or could not finish then he should have not charged me or at least given a partial credit so I could pay someone else to come out and finish the job .
