This is neither slander nor false. You however have now damaged yourself. If I do go to court I will be sure to show them our texts and my phone records. It will show you have not contacted me until now at such a later hour and with remarks to threaten me with false allegations and legal action. So now I revoke my suggestion of saying I hope someone who uses you in the future has better luck. Now I say stay far from this business and Gary as this is the type of person you are going to get.
