BOY, was I surprised! I took in my old 2009 Macbook Pro for a plethora of issues -- none critical, just things that I'd been putting up with for WAY too long. (It's not my primary computer, but I do use it for non-essential tasks, such as blog writing and burning vinyl LPs to cd, etc.) The issues it had included a cracked screen, a dead SuperDrive, blown speakers, and a cracked keyboard key. I expected they might able to address one or two of the problems, if that. Not only were they able to resolve ALL of the issues, but were able to do so at a very reasonable price (they happened to have used parts on-hand) with a very short turnaround (I believe it was only a day.)
