After submitting a request on their contact page, Nathan replied and I explained the need for their help and their patience with my dad. He followed-up with my questions and I sent my dad, computer in hand, over to the shop. Nathan updated me later with the current status and prognosis for the computer. Super nice. No charge, no waiting, no run-around. I offered to pay something and was told that there was absolutely no charge. The cancelled 29 min before the schedule install. When I called to reschedule or speak to someone, it was as if I was bothering them. Likely a big national group using inexperienced and unreliable local companies that will only work you in around their "real" customers. I recommend sticking with BestBuy or another local company you know and trust.
