We had confirmed a specific time for their arrival, and I had carpenters standing by so they could close up the wall after the plumbing repair. Unfortunately, the plumbers were running late. I kept getting told they were "on their way," so my carpenters waited around for hours. In the end, they showed up nearly 4 hours late, and my carpenters had already left. Because of that delay, the carpenters had to improvise and return on another day, which affected the quality of the siding repair -- it didn't turn out as clean as it could have if the plumbers had arrived on time and worked with my carpenters. During the hose bib repair, Jimmy suggested that I install a bleeder valves for my outdoor shower line, which I agreed to -- but it was never done. I paid them in full to return and reinstall the vanity and toilet after the tilework was finished. When they completed that job, I discovered the toilet wasn't properly secured to the flange and moved when used. I texted Jimmy, who said he would come back to fix it, but after asking a second time and being ignored, I ended up purchasing a tool and tightening it myself. After spending $800, I was expecting better service. This is a vacation home, so I wasn't there in person and had to rely on their professionalism -- which, unfortunately, was lacking. While I've had worse experiences with contractors in the area, this one certainly didn't make my good list. I would not hire them again.

They put in a drainage system and left it open. I called and texted them every day for three weeks…read more They would lie and say they were coming out but never showed up. As of today 07/09/24. I'm having to pay someone else to take care of there left over unfinished work!!!! So hire them at your risk!!!!

I'm not sure about the other two reviews left here, but I had a completely different experience. I…read morecalled these folks on a neighbor's referral and I can't be more pleased! The techs were responsive, very respectful, and communicative throughout the entire process. I called on a weekend when my heater died and they were on it first thing Monday morning. There was a bit of a delay with an emergency that came in, but Tucker called right away to let me know about it. Nice! I'd highly recommend and, if the need arises, call them again. Thank you gents!

No call back. I sent a message via their web site. I texted. Nothing. A NO SHOW. I spent my whole day waiting for them. No follow up. When I finally got ahold of them the next day, they apologized and reset for Monday. No time set. I had to call and call getting voicemail or "the voice mail box is not set up" message - maybe due to call forwarding mess? The owner called me back and said "hey I missed a call from this number?" I stated who I was and asked for a general idea of when they would arrive. Three guys showed up at 2:30ish as stated. They assessed my leaking exit drain as cracked but did not have any piping in their van to fix it (?!). The head guy said he could not give me a price for the repair "only the owner can give a price" (again ?!). They couldn't get him on the phone while I waited and one of them said to the other "he's probably out ridin' motorcycles". I was told the owner would call me in the morning with a price. No one called. That was Monday. No one called. I have been calling all week. I've left messages. Most of the folks I deal with in Ellijay are straight shooters and treat us with courtesy and mutual respect. This company has done nothing but waste my time. The gentleman who recommended them is an elderly multi-property owner in his late 70's early 80's. He is sure to be discouraged by the treatment we received from his well intentioned referral. So multiple days affected, time wasted, multiple calls, a no show, no responses, no follow up........ I wish I'd never heard of these guys. The level of disregard for the customer is a disgrace. Seeing more and more of this in the trades and it disgusts me.
