My issue lies in that I've asked on both visits for additional work to be quoted by the tech. Not asking for it to be done that day, just to get me a price estimate to give them more work. Both techs took photos and notes, said they'd get back to me with that estimate. Nothing. Months apart, have followed up with the office requesting an update and was told the tech would get in touch with me, still crickets. Sadly I'll choose to use someone else going forward for future work on my numerous homes that actually wants the work and I'm not seen as begging to give them money I guess.

He looked around, found the shut off valve, and turned off the water line to the sprinkler system. After about 15 min to do something that does not require any Plumber's expertise, he charged us $195. The plumbing issue is not even fixed...we just we cannot use the sprinklers without further work. For a company that gives free estimates, this wasn't much more than an estimate. In fact, I didn't even get an estimate for actually fixing the plumbing issue! Although he did drop it to $150 for cash, it was highway robbery for what was done! Had I known their minimum was $195, regardless of whether any plumbing work was done...I would not have had him out. I'll give him 1 star for just being generally nice.

I was extremely disappointed because coming from the mechanical/technical world I knew they were overcharging me as crazy. After reading the reviews I decided to contact these guys. And everything other customer say is true, Chris answer my questions super fast he allow me to send him pics and explanation of the work needed by text message and gave me a quote through the same way. First time using Quick-Pro because our HOA uses them for our community pool and bathrooms. I made…read morean appointment online at 7am and the website said someone would be out between 9 and 11am that same day. I was skeptical. Clint Sweat was my guy, showed up shortly after 9am, and he was amazing! I had a slow drain issue, and Clint showed me on the scope the roots that had invaded my line because developer just laid my 4" sewer pipe in the county's 6" tap without sealing it! He opened it up enough to use until we could properly repair it. Clint even called the county out to see if roots were in their line and they could do it for free. No such luck, but appreciated him for going to the trouble. County found a second cleanout that had been buried under a foot and a half of dirt and mulch next to a 15 year old maple tree planted by previous owners. Never plant trees over your sewer lines!!! After I had the tree cut down and stump ground, Clint came back out and dug out the line (which took hours due to roots) and replaced the connection with a properly glued 4" to 6" reducer connection, a new clean out (tree damaged the original one), and a landscape box to hide it so no white "mushroom" sticking up in the yard. Clint was so friendly, helpful, kept me informed of what was going on, and even helped me understand how my sewer was set up. He didn't hesitate to bring me over to see what was going on at different stages. He filled the hole, smoothed out the dirt, and I have complete confidence in the repair. And the cost was very reasonable for what he had to go through over two different days to get it fixed properly. I've found my new plumber! Thank you Clint!!
