The first thing i noticed, Eric has great communication. In constant contact, fast replies , it was noticed and appreciated. We exchanged some texts and photos, he emailed me a quote. He came out on a Saturday to match the mortar and look at the job. He was over a week later to do it. The work exceeded my expectations. He was fast and the repair is seamless. You'd never know that it was damaged brick face just a week earlier. I've saved his number in my phone and put his card with other important business cards. I'd hire him again in a second.

In that sense, I can say that any company that does even that much is going to care about customers, as other companies' responses were curt and unfriendly. If a concrete surfacing company will treat potential customers with kindness & respect, I'd already have to say it must be an exception to the rule in my short experience. I'd say there's value in that alone.

He did an outstanding job then, and nearly a decade later it still looks just as good as the day it was poured. Not only did it eliminate a major trip hazard, but it also improved the overall appearance of our home. I recently had the chance to speak with Matthew again and reminded him that he installed our walkway all those years ago -- and how impressed I still am with the quality. It's rare to find work that holds up this well even a decade later. If you're considering Complete Concrete & Masonry for any concrete project, I highly recommend reaching out to him for an estimate. Matthew is wonderful to work with, and the durability of his work speaks for itself. I'm still just as happy with our walkway today as I was the day it was installed.

The second day they came back and poured the concrete once again they were late and really rushing to get the site ready for the pour @1pm. They did work well into the evening. Their saw broke, they hadn't cleared all the old cement out, they still needed to remove large pieces (cut) from the area. They left their mess around to include their trash, drink containers, cans, old gloves, piles of broken up concrete, boards and supplies to include tools. Their contract states they will clean up at the end of each day, never happened. Two times they promised to come back to clean up but, failed to return. My yard and driveway were a mess for one week. The neighbors even stopped to look at the mess and just shook their heads. I found three nails left behind in the driveway, that was bad enough but, sadly I missed a fourth nail and was lucky enough to find it in my car tire, flat, lots of fun. The work seems to be fine, it's just the failure to complete the job on time and following the contract. Contract also stated they would compress the ground and reinforce with wire mesh, this wasn't done.
