I made an appointment in a week. Because the shop was concerned about how low my car was, they offered to come to my house and do the install there! How convenient is THAT ?!? Awesome. Two guys showed up in a big work van, cleaned the car areas to be covered, and installed the wrap with the care of a surgeon. The patiently answered all my questions and I watched them work. However, the following day I received updated tracking information indicating that the delivery date had changed to May 13, 2026. I contacted Diywrapclub via email, and a representative informed me that the PPF product needed additional time because the fabricated upon being ordered and that I should expect delivery the following week. This information was never clearly disclosed on the website prior to purchase, even when I selected two day shipping. Although I was refunded for the two-day shipping charge, I waited patiently for the order to arrive. On May 13, 2026, I received a package containing only miscellaneous installation items, such as spray bottles and small accessories. The actual PPF kit had still not shipped. At that point, I immediately requested a full refund. Unfortunately, I was given the runaround regarding the refund process and was directed to a return portal that would not allow me to proceed because the PPF item had not yet shipped. After several email exchanges, I was finally informed that a full refund had been processed. I also advised the representative that the company should update its website to clearly explain the production and delivery process for custom orders so customers can make informed purchasing decisions and avoid similar experiences in the future.
