Took it back in and was told they would replace and have it ready in an hour. I called for 3 hours and couldnt get anyone ! Finally got someone and was told that "they had tried several times to call me". Now a couple months later i was reaching to put phone on counter and screen totally pops off my phone. The phone slipped out of my hand onto the counter from about an inch away. Took in the next day and was told he would "normally replace for free" but bc there is a small crack in screen (caused by me dropping phone BC screen came off) i would have to pay. Something about he sends screens back in and they refund him. Im not worried about the small crack you can barely see.... Im more concerned that MY SCREEN FELL OFF MY PHONE THAT I PAID U TO FIX!!!!! My iphone 6 will do nothing bc the touch screen will not work. Crappy repairs and crappy customer service.

I would not recommend doing business with this repair service…read more My mother gave him my daughter's iPad on May 19, and he told her he could fix it. He was paid upfront the same day. After that, I received no updates unless we reached out first. Every time we asked for an ETA, we got the runaround instead of clear communication. After having the iPad for nearly two weeks, he finally admitted he could not fix it and refunded the money. However, he then said he needed to remove his parts from the iPad before returning it. Today is June 2, and I still have not received my daughter's iPad back. This is an iPad that cost over $400, and I am extremely frustrated that it has been in his possession for weeks with little communication and no resolution. The lack of updates, professionalism, and failure to return my property in a timely manner is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not trust this business with anything beyond a basic iPhone repair.
