After that, I received no updates unless we reached out first. Every time we asked for an ETA, we got the runaround instead of clear communication. After having the iPad for nearly two weeks, he finally admitted he could not fix it and refunded the money. However, he then said he needed to remove his parts from the iPad before returning it. Today is June 2, and I still have not received my daughter's iPad back. This is an iPad that cost over $400, and I am extremely frustrated that it has been in his possession for weeks with little communication and no resolution.
