Save your money. Replace your iPhone battery, not the iPhone! Today I just got back from Battery Plus replacing my iPhone 13 battery. I decided why buy a new iPhone 14 from 829.89-1,099 when my phone works great but my battery was going downhill fast. It cost $79.99 + tax and the gas and time to drive a little over an hour away and back to get the battery replaced. The Batteries Plus in Cleveland, TN were very helpful people, they answered all my questions. Allayed my fears of what would happen if the iPhone 13 screen if it should break during battery replacement (they replace it free.) I also had them put a on new screen protector on it as mine had damage. I would much rather pay $79.99 + tax than more than ten times that much buying a new iPhone. I'm aggravated that I hadn't thought of it before. Almost every new iPhone I have purchased has been because of poor battery life. Batteries + really should use that in their marketing materials. I have had at least four iPhone models, possibly more. Nothing wrong except the battery. I know the OS updates always attack battery life so people buy new phones. I have yet to have any that are significantly better than any other one in features or function. Why buy a new phone when you can just replace the battery. Normally by the time the battery goes bad, it's not under warranty anymore. So why worry if a different battery will affect your warranty? Good job guys. read more

The guys here are super condescending and don't honor warranties. I wouldn't trust them but good luck!

Well I learned something at this new store. They sell 3 pack bulbs of Duracell here. Justin is the manager here. They are on sale for $19.99 but come with a $9 rebate that you fill out send through the mail. He says you can save about 80 percent on your electricity bill if you use them. Yes, he says they are kind of expensive to buy but giving the fact they last 25 years, you will save money in the long run. Buy these bulbs right now on sale till December 31, 2014. They have batteries for everything you can think of. They even have AGM auto batteries which higher quality automotive batteries. They also have batteries for video cameras, laptops, and just everything. Check them out. They also fix broken lap tops and broken IPhones as far as the screens are concerned. In summary, their bulbs and batteries are of a higher quality. I recommend visiting this store. read more

This lovely establishment supplies many things and so much more as well as staying true to their name. I have been here many times and so has my mom when working with our solar panels at home. The knowledge of the staff and managers about what we need to use green energy has been remarkable. They keep track of what we've got in the past and help us to even improve on what we have. They are always very patient when we were trying to troubleshoot issues with our Marine and Solar batteries for our solar panel and various other batteries for around the house. I now go there for my car batteries because their warranty is by nine. Even if you don't have the receipt they keep adequate record in the computer of which you've bought and give no hassle redemption. The only drawback is that sometimes they do not have adequate staffing. read more

They have a battery for anything you can think of. No matter what I am looking for they have it when others don't. They are very helpful at trying to make sure you get just what you need. Prices are not the cheapest on some things but if you can't find it anywhere else its worth it. read more

I am so clumsy and my phone suffers for it. I took my phone in when my usual place was closed. (Yes I have usual place. Yes I have a phone case.) They knew exactly what to do and got it done in less time then they originally told me they would be done. They finished the next morning when they said it wouldn't be ready till the evening. They also didn't charge me for one of the treatments they did for my phone and only charged for the screen change. They also have student discount! Not to mention that they have such a great attitude there. Thanks for your help! read more

We talked to Jonathan at Batteries Plus in Cleveland, TN on the phone and he seems very helpful. We need a new screen put on our iPhone 6. My husbands screen was cracked. We went to Knoxville Apple and they are claiming water damage and won't replace the screen. So we went to the store named FixIt in the same mall in West Town Mall in Knoxville. The screen replacement is a cheap generic brand and causing the ghost button pushing on the phone. We googled it and it's very common problem with generic screens. We will go up to Knoxville to FixIt to see if they can fixit again, if not then we will have to ask for our money back and go to Batteries Plus in Cleveland TN. FixIt we are hoping can repair it though with a different generic screen. If they don't give the money back and not fix it then we will see them in court. We have attorneys and after some of the reviews I've seen with various companies, it doesn't look good. But it's nice to know that batteries plus has high quality screens. Wish we would have known this before we went to this other place. I'll be back to let you know what happens. But Jonathon at Batteries Plus also recommended Simply Mac for software issues in Chattanooga that has very bad reviews though. But truly I wouldn't go to Simply Mac after reading the reviews. read more
