Save your money. Replace your iPhone battery, not the iPhone! Today I just got back from Battery Plus replacing my iPhone 13 battery. I decided why buy a new iPhone 14 from 829.89-1,099 when my phone works great but my battery was going downhill fast. It cost $79.99 + tax and the gas and time to drive a little over an hour away and back to get the battery replaced. The Batteries Plus in Cleveland, TN were very helpful people, they answered all my questions. Allayed my fears of what would happen if the iPhone 13 screen if it should break during battery replacement (they replace it free.) I also had them put a on new screen protector on it as mine had damage. I would much rather pay $79.99 + tax than more than ten times that much buying a new iPhone. I'm aggravated that I hadn't thought of it before. Almost every new iPhone I have purchased has been because of poor battery life. Batteries + really should use that in their marketing materials. I have had at least four iPhone models, possibly more. Nothing wrong except the battery. I know the OS updates always attack battery life so people buy new phones. I have yet to have any that are significantly better than any other one in features or function. Why buy a new phone when you can just replace the battery. Normally by the time the battery goes bad, it's not under warranty anymore. So why worry if a different battery will affect your warranty? Good job guys. read more

They have batteries for everything you can think of. They even have AGM auto batteries which higher quality automotive batteries. They also have batteries for video cameras, laptops, and just everything. Check them out. They also fix broken lap tops and broken IPhones as far as the screens are concerned. After talking to him I was confident this was the place I wanted to do business with. I am so clumsy and my phone suffers for it. I took my phone in when my usual place was closed. (Yes I have usual place. Yes I have a phone case.) They knew exactly what to do and got it done in less time then they originally told me they would be done. They finished the next morning when they said it wouldn't be ready till the evening. They also didn't charge me for one of the treatments they did for my phone and only charged for the screen change. They also have student discount! We talked to Jonathan at Batteries Plus in Cleveland, TN on the phone and he seems very helpful. We need a new screen put on our iPhone 6. My husbands screen was cracked. We went to Knoxville Apple and they are claiming water damage and won't replace the screen. So we went to the store named FixIt in the same mall in West Town Mall in Knoxville. The screen replacement is a cheap generic brand and causing the ghost button pushing on the phone. We googled it and it's very common problem with generic screens. We will go up to Knoxville to FixIt to see if they can fixit again, if not then we will have to ask for our money back and go to Batteries Plus in Cleveland TN. FixIt we are hoping can repair it though with a different generic screen. If they don't give the money back and not fix it then we will see them in court. We have attorneys and after some of the reviews I've seen with various companies, it doesn't look good. But it's nice to know that batteries plus has high quality screens. Wish we would have known this before we went to this other place. I'll be back to let you know what happens. But Jonathon at Batteries Plus also recommended Simply Mac for software issues in Chattanooga that has very bad reviews though. But truly I wouldn't go to Simply Mac after reading the reviews. read more
