Excellent customer service. Our business card order had a timing issue but the manager worked with us and resolved it, making us satisfied customers. We will continue using Staples for our printing needs. We could order online and maybe save a few bucks but the professional service and customer care at Staples are worth much more. Never can get service. Staples Cleveland. Last straw! I go into to buy binders. There was one checker. The girl she was helping was apparently updating her phone our downloading something so she was holding up the growing line. The other cashier was helping a larger order ( a big "closed sign" was up in his lane). I asked the cashier waiting for the download lady if the printing department could ring me up. She said sure! I went over there, and the girl working there SHOUTED across the department, "I'm busy with a customer (there was no one there) go back to the other checkers over there, there's two of them!" I repeat the ONLY cashier was busy with someone lady downloading something on her phone ( I waited five minutes as it was), rather than have her step aside, she just waited and waited like no one else existed in the world...... lade da. You can not make this stuff up. That was the second time in a row I left without anything. The first time, there was NO checker to be found anywhere. I finally left. Walmart is too close to be treating paying customers like they dont matter. I went there both times after leaving staples. The store is dumpy and carries few products. Like a morgue. Time to lease that location to someone who might use it and send the manager packing. read more

I needed invitations printed and delivered by the next day, and the store manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Not only did he ensure they were printed and cut in time for me to pick up the next day, but he also stayed past closing to assist me. Outstanding customer service! read more

Ordered ink from staples 4 days ago. Fully expected it to be delivered through the mail however for some reason it is coming through expedited delivery from the store which I find weird. Four days later it still isn't here... less than 10 miles away from the store. Can't work. Staples customer service is horrible. I used to go to staples for most of my office supplies but that is pretty much over with. The ink was originally supposed to be delivered in 2 days through the mail... I get screwed because a delivery driver doesn't want to work past 5 pm. Well bless their heart. Bye Staples. read more

You can everything you can think of related to office supplies that you need here in this store. You can also have access to a fax machine. They also put merchandise on clearance when you can get an even better deal. Theres plenty of parking too so come on down. Oh, they sell computers and computer accessories here too. I have never had anything printed out at Staples before. But I will say, I will definitely be going back! Kenna in the copy and print center is one of the most kind hearted and helpful people i've met. She knew want I wanted just by looking at it. Along with asking questions and being attentive so it fits exactly to my liking. Staples has a wonderful staff, especially in the printing center. Will definitely be coming back for all my printing needs! I also highly recommend working with Kenna. read more

Went to the Staples store in Cleveland TN to get simple business card printed. Was informed I had to use a computer application my self to produce the card design. All I wanted was a plain white card with my name and address which I had written on 3 x5 card so I asked the Staples person could they please do that for me and was told no as they were too busy. I use computer applications routinely, but that application defeated me and I i could not get it to work for me. Seeing the store was almost empty, I asked for the store manager assumimg he or she would be happy to help with this small task. The manager said he could do that but there would be a $50 design charge if he entered the data off my card. I could not believe this for helping me enter name and address on a simple white card! I admit to being somewhat snarky at this point, and asked if he wanted me to share this bad experiance on Yelp and he said fine with him. So that is what I am doing. read more

What kind of business which sells printed envelopes cannot tell you a PRICE for said envelopes in REAL TIME ? They have to EMAIL someone off site, get back with you the NEXT DAY !!! At MY place of business, we KNOW what our product sells for ! Not Staples. read more

Today was my last visit to this store. The lady (short brown hair don't know her name) is simply terrorized me and my kids forcing even my baby to put the mask on. When people are polite about it I don't mind it. But a minute later she was at the cash register checking out a customer WITHOUT a mask, didn't tell him a word about it. Employee didn't have a clue how to run UPS station after 20 mins of waiting for her to figure out she finally called asst manager M Kirby. Took him an additional 10 mins, so in the meantime I asked him for a UPS envelope for a different shipment and he gave it to me and I sealed my other shipment and continued waiting for the initial shipment. Then he asked what I was shipping and I said "they're presents for Mother's Day I guess call it cosmetics I'm not really sure" and he told me that they couldn't ship hazardous material so I said "okay then label it candles and spa stuff" and he said they still couldn't ship because I already said cosmetics which are apparently considered hazardous and told me to go to UPS store across street. I said okay can you atleast send this other shipment in the sealed envelope? And he said yeah but it will be $8 for the envelope? I've never been to a staples that charges for ups envelopes! So I ripped the envelope open and told him he could have it back. How annoying. read more
