    Very unprofessional!! I came in on Tuesday after being…read morereferred for printing services. Upon meeting the owner she was very nice & helpful. I let her know that I would need 20 t-shirts and brochures printed for my presentation at 6pm on Friday. I was assured that this would be no problem,and that they would be ready by Friday morning. So, I forwarded all of my content from a word doc as requested. The next day, Thursday, I received an email stating that I would need to place the words on a template before printing as this is not part of the services offered. I can admit, I was a little angry because lots of time could have been saved had I known that I would have to find a template. Later that day I visited the store so the store so that I could get a better understanding of what was needed, & was able to view a sample of the t-shirts. I noticed that the shirt was missing a word, and brought it to the workers attention. She let me know that she would email the owners, & that it would be fixed. When I got home I completed the template for the brochure & forwarded it to the owners email, along with the correct wording for the shirt (the error was my fault). On Friday when I arrived to pick up my order the only thing that had been completed was the brochures, & the pictures were not very clear. The owner stated that she had sent me an email earlier in the morning explaining that the wording error on the shirts was mine& not their fault so the sample could not be redone. I acknowledged that it was on me, but let her know that I had corrected it both with her worker & by email the night before. I then asked for the shirts, and the owner replied stating that no shirts had been printed since I did not reply to their email. First off, why would you not contact me by phone if you did not understand what was needed?? Especially with the deadline being so close?? She replied stating that since I did not reply to the email that they assumed that I no longer needed the shirts!! So now here it is after 4pm and all I have is brochures...not one single shirt! The owner stated that If I could wait 30 minutes then they could print one (1) shirt for me, but what am I supposed to do about the rest?? I definitely WILL NOT be coming back nor will I refer anyone. Thanks for nothing!

    Great Staff and Reliable Service…read more I've had consistently positive experiences with PostNet. The staff is professional, efficient, and always helpful. Dropped a package on a Friday afternoon with a specific need to have it delivered by Monday. I told them it was urgent. They said it would arrive Monday. Great! As I walked out the door after the transaction, the clerk said "oh it looks like FedEx picked up for the day already." Ah, well that would have been nice before we completed the transaction, but I understood, assuming the timing wouldn't change, as I clearly articulated my needs. Fast forward to Monday. My client called me on Monday worried that the tracking wasn't working. I called PostNet. It's still in their store. No pickup. "We told you that we missed pickup," Joanne, the "manager" said. "You didn't tell me it wasn't going to be delivered on time. I assumed you would be open tomorrow. That would have been nice to know," I said, clearly frustrated. She was annoyed and wasn't having it. Zero empathy. Sorry not sorry. Blamed me for not listening. F-bombs were exchanged. Yup, both ways. She was a delight. I later apologized for getting frustrated. She refused to apologize, so there's that. She told me I needed to listen better. Oh and this was in front of another employee and customer at the copy machine. I took my package back on Monday morning and went down the road to UPS Store. It was cheaper and faster, and they didn't yell at me, so that's always a plus. I love small business. I'm a business owner myself. Mistakes happen. But be accountable, and if a customer is upset because of a miscommunication, empathy goes a long way. Maybe don't tell them to "F-off?" Just a suggestion.
