We were working on a presentation, and the folks at Aladdin printed multiple four-color books (both three-ring binders and spiral binding) and a few large foam core boards for us. Our requests were fast and furious, and the group at Aladdin handled each one quickly and professionally. Everything was executed well except for one batch of books that were printed upside down, a mistake they immediately corrected. Despite the flub, I'd happily use them again if any future projects bring me back to Chattanooga.

Unfortunately ended up not getting one there only because found the specific model that had what was needed. I have shopped at Staples at other stores and buy quite a bit for my business and personal use because their prices are reasonable and fair. However, the customer service provided by Brian and his staff was something we don't see often anymore and he even followed up with to see if I was able to find what I was looking for. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady. She allowed me to look around and didn't bother me. This store is small and very clean. Although I went during the COVID-19 scare, I still believe the store is a clean place. They also have a nice selection of office supplies, networking items and office chairs. They were completely out of hand sanitizer and toilet paper though. But that's to be expected. All in all, I like this Staples location better than the Cleveland store.
