No work had been done. 1 hour later they call and say it's ready. An OBVIOUS rush job. Dress had a lace bottom and she needed the dress about an inch shorter. I'm no fashion expert but the dress should have been shortened at the bodice.... or at the very least the lace should be hemmed. Instead it looks like they did a rushed hack job with scissors. No shits given. Called the store. As soon as I said I was calling about the wedding dress we just picked up the woman on the phone instantly called for the manager. They _KNEW_ I was going to call about this disaster. Owner refuses to give a refund. Tells me instead that I "just want a free alteration" -- trust me, after the price I paid for this wedding dress, $160 alteration is the least of my concerns. See attached images. Chop chop chop. My unborn child could do a better job at cutting than this hack job.
